Casa amueblada de 3 dormitorios con 2 baños cerca de la playa de Hampton. La casa tiene un amplio dormitorio principal con cama queen size y sala de estar.
Escapada relajante con impresionantes vistas de pantanos de 270 grados. La casa es muy exclusiva para la zona, en una calle sin salida tranquila con un lote de 0. 5 acres. Por lo tanto, no siente que está justo encima de sus vecinos, como sucede con muchas propiedades en el área. La casa está a 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Hampton y a 3 minutos a pie de una playa privada y aislada en el puerto de Hampton. Durante la marea baja, la playa de Hampton Harbor tiene un enorme banco de arena que es muy divertido para niños y adultos. ¡Las puestas de sol desde el patio trasero también son fabulosas!

We had a wonderful stay! Even in the middle of a Nor’Easter. What a lovely garden. Wish we could have spent time out in it but weather didn’t allow. We enjoyed the beautiful view of it from the kitchen window. We will definitely stay again! The hosts were very responsive when asking any questions. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean vacation home. It is a great location close to the beach with plenty of area for dog walking in the local neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and thought of everything we might need for our stay. Would love to stay here again!

The home is in a beautiful location and the kitchen, bathrooms are well supplied. Plenty of closet space to put away your clothing. Unfortunately, except for the master bedroom, the other beds desperately need to be replaced. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

Our family had such a nice stay last week. The views, birds, breezes were all so peaceful and welcoming. We had everything we needed at the house. Beautiful property so close to main beach, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise.

We loved this home- full of charm! It was the perfect location for our dogs (lots of privacy and green space) and to escape the hustle and bustle of Hampton Beach but also be close enough to enjoy at times. We loved the hammock, screened front porch, and the birdwatching was so fun! We'd definitely return.

A very comfortable place for a small family get-together. The house is showing its age, but it is charming. One thing that I could mention is that it was hard to figure out what switches controlled which lights. Also it would be really nice to have a light over the dining table. We do a lot of puzzles and it was hard to get enough light in that part of the room. Bruce was very responsive and flexible to our needs. We’ll plan to come back the next time we make it to Hampton.

Seabrook Visit

We had a nice 4 day stay, The house was well stocked and accommodated 6 adults well. Good use some updating but worked OK for our short stay. Very nice location, private but yet close to beach and boardwalk.

Peaceful and Serene

We had a wonderful time at this house in Hampton Beach. The house was exactly as advertised, it's cleanliness was above average. There were a ton of little extras included, trash bags, coffee filters, toilet paper, things like that. Sadly, our weather was cold, rainy, and windy. But other than that, Bruce was easy to get in touch with, like when the power was out! Or like when our little dog chewed a hole in his door!!! . He was so kind about it and repaired it quickly. It was a beautiful area, we had a great stay, it was a fantastic house and we would love to come back when the weather is warmer and we could take advantage of the kayaks and the beach.

Beautiful Setting!

Gorgeous views! If you love to bird watch this is the house for you. We had a family of rabbits visit daily. Great to watch weekly fireworks from the screened front porch. One of our travelers fell prior to vacation so it was difficult for her to manage steep stairs. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this serene setting!

The Greatest Location Ever!

Our stay was very nice. The location was so easy to find and to navigate to and from while we were there. The yard was beautiful. The house was clean… The only two things I did not like was having to make up my own bed because the bed I slept in, was not changed from the previous guests. There was sand and hair in it so I was not happy. Also, the couch from the previous guests was very stained. A very big pro was that the showers are wonderful!!!! Plenty of water pressure and very nice. The television in the bedroom that I was in did not work right. You had to be a brain scientist in order to work it. Also, the TV downstairs gave us a lot of problems. It kept going in and out and shutting off. We only needed this in the evenings. The kitchen has a big picture window where you can look out and watch the birds and see the marsh and it was just beautiful. We even had a visit from a fawn. I felt so grateful to see that. There is a walk down the street that leads to a big sandbar when the tide is out and that was just wonderful for the dogs! They absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend this house to stay in.

A wonderful Vacation Spot

We loved our vacation at this home. The home is located next to conservation land and set up to thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. It was wonderfully quiet. We could hear the birds chirping. The house is perfectly appointed for a vacation. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Big bowls, enough pans, everything was clean and well organized.

So Relaxing

It was a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay! Anything else you may need, such as groceries, restaurants, etc, is just a few minutes away from this location. Bruce the owner was pleasure to deal with very kind and respectful. Only complaint was it was too short of a stay. You can’t go wrong with this rental; I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, peaceful location

We had a great stay with our kids and dog. Enjoyed the quiet street and peaceful yard. The house was clean and spacious and close to everything while also feeling remote. Loved the views from the kitchen and bedrooms. Bruce was very attentive and communication was easy. Look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic...even during a Nor'easter!

We planned our Spring Break trip (1st week of April) to visit with family who live in the area. This house fit the bill for our family of 5! It had all of the amenities we needed (and then some). Close to the beach and SO MANY historical spots (Crane Castle, Nubble Lighthouse, Wiggly Bridge, etc.). We had the opportunity to experience our first Nor'easter in the house. All was good! The host was so kind to check on us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely come back in warmer weather!!!
