Check out this cozy, renovated 1912 Farmhouse. Located less than 5 miles from the Bristol Hardrock Casino, The Pinnacle, Downtown Bristol, Hospital and grocery stores for your convenience! You are also close to the Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol caverns and much more!
Take in the nature and wildlife and have dinner on the porch and smores at the fire pit!

Inside of this cozy farmhouse you’ll have three queen bedrooms each having private full bathrooms as well as TVs. Sleeping 7 people total. Two bedrooms/baths are on the main and the third queen bedroom with futon and bath is on the downstairs level. A quiet office space is also located on the bottom level. The bottom level is accessible through its own outside door as well as inside stairs. A full-size kitchen to fix a meal for your family or utilize our covered deck and have a BBQ!
Traveling for work? You will have your own secluded office space and WiFi.
Plenty of parking for everyone!

Farmhouse

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We stayed three nights and loved it. Can’t wait to go back. The owners were wonderful!

The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owners were nearby and communicative and readily available to assist. The house was wonderful, spacious, well located, and well designed for our family. We look forward to another stay on our next trip to the area!

We loved staying at the farmhouse! Our daughter loved the countryside! We were visiting for a wedding and coming back to the farmhouse was so relaxing and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed! We loved playing some of the games they had too! Perfect family getaway! If we ever make it back to this area again we would definitely stay here!

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this 1912 farmhouse. We were in town for baseball and felt right at home. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and appointed and we wanted for nothing. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and we can’t wait to be in the area again so we can make a return visit.

I met my two children here to celebrate Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed to enjoy the holidays. There was apple, butter and jelly on the table, it was just so welcoming. We played games at the dining room table. We watched hallmark movies and football. My son had been deployed for the last few holidays so it was nice to spend a holiday in a home.It was absolutely perfect for us.

Beautiful home. Beautifully decorated. Excellent location. Property manager was top notched. Found items we had forgotten and they were mailed to our home address immediately. Demands a repeat visit.

Perfect Home for family weekend

We traveled to Bristol for the NASCAR race and fully enjoyed our time at the house. It was fully equipped with snacks and coffee. We wish we could have enjoyed more time at the house and using the fire pit but it was a great location and easy to get to the motor speedway. Get location and Geri was so great to communicate with.

My new favorite place

Love, love, loved our stay. Beautiful home, wonderful property and close to everything we needed. Home was wonderfully renovated yet kept its charm of an old farmhouse. Will definitely return in the future. Our host Geri thought of everything you could possibly need during our stay. Thank you 😊

Rhythm and Roots music festival

We rented the farmhouse for attending the music festival with friends and family. It was perfect! I grew up on a farm so I felt right at home. It was very well equipped with everything you might need and only a short drive to downtown. The hosts were very attentive to our every need.

Beautiful home!

We had such a great stay at this beautiful home! All the amenities you can imagine, including extras like snacks/drinks, etc. The house was clean top to bottom too! The host, Geri, did everything to make our stay enjoyable! Thank you for a great mini vacation Geri! We had a blast! :)

Charming and Home-y

My boys absolutely loved this old house as we live in an older home as well! It was perfect for our family. As we got home tonight from our trip, one of our boys said “Mommie I want to go back to that house!” There is something to be said about a “rental” feeling like home. We also enjoyed a few games of wiffle ball and s’mores on the fire pit.

Gerri was so prompt with her communication. She even let us have a later check out time . The house was absolutely spotless and remodeled amazingly well. I love everything about it! The location is so close to shopping and dining. I would highly recommend this property. Also she had it stocked with everything we needed except our own food. Love this house ! And the Christmas decorations!
