I stayed 4 nights Sun-Thurs. It was a trout fishing trip. The property is by bull shoals state park and that's great trout fishing. I fish in Cotter all the time so I drove over to Cotter from there and it was fine. State Park is really great too! The property represented accurately in the description & with the photos the host provided on Virbo She makes it easy to check in and check out Everything you need is there besides your food & your toiletries. Cooking is easy and there is a grill My dog likes it too!

This was a great little getaway spot. We travelled to the area to participate in a local half-marathon. The property was very clean and exactly as depicted in the photographs. It is located in a very peaceful setting. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a tranquil getaway or maybe a spot not too far from fishing at the lake or on the White River.

Everything was marvelous. Beautiful and serene. Amenities were great. Bed was kind of hard. For a 73 year old the claw footed tub was a little bit scary but the water and water pressure was great.

Host was easy to communicate with. Cottage was clean and comfortable. It was furnished with many amenities such as being pet-friendly, great Wi-Fi and streaming options, quiet setting, well-stocked with any thing you would need! Recommend highly!!

Very clean. Checked in on Monday and out on Thursday. Everything you needed was right there. The futon was super comfortable, bed is on the firm side which I like. The recliner was great and comfy. It’s quiet and close to things but yet far away. All appliances worked good, bathroom was clean and had everything. The chairs out back and the rockers on the front porch made for nice evening sits. Go to Gassville and hit the bakery for canollis, it’s right infront of Nima’s pizza. Definitely would stay here again and plan on it.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property! Quiet and nice. Most importantly very clean inside and out and the environment felt safe. If you like nature and a cozy stay this is the place for you. She had everything we needed including items for our dogs like bowls/poo baggies. The red cow next door was a cute touch. Literally touch. also an extra bed in the back closet for extra sleeping arrangements. No complaints here.

Quaint, country get away

Property was exactly as it was depicted online. Hosts were thoughtful and left cookies and dog treats. enjoyed listening to the roosters in the morning while we had our coffee on the front porch. Would recommend :)

Bull Shoals Fishing Trip

Wonderful & clean cabin with well thought out touches (fresh doughnuts, coffee bar, washer & dryer, etc...). We'll stay again if available for future trips.

Excellent mostly

Property has everything you need, except for a charcoal chimney to get the charcoal hot enough to use the Big Green Egg. I had thought with the Egg that a charcoal chimney would be included, but it wasn't, so made getting the grill to temp 1.5 hr process. Charcoal chimney would have saved an hour and a lot of frustration. Other than that, really nice little place, plenty of firewood for the stove or outside fire ring, with enough utensils, and condiments to keep you thru several days without having to bring anything but food.

Fishing trip

My husband was fishing in a tournament at Bull Shoals and we needed a place to stay that was somewhat close to our friends who were camping nearby. This was such a great cabin and really clean. We will definitely go back and spend more time there!
