Relaxing cottage w/firepit, grill, private deck & cable blocks from white river

This fisherman's cottage is just blocks from Cotter Springs, Big Springs park ramp at the White River, and a few great eateries in Cotter.
Perfect for a group of friends, couples, or a family, this home includes a fully stocked kitchen, back yard with a private entertaining deck, fire pit, grill, smart tv with high-speed internet, and comfy beds.
Bringing the boat? No problem. We have a covered, pull-through carport and driveway with plenty of parking for 5+ vehicles & access alley for easy pull-through - no need to back up. We also have a wader hanger in the backyard.

Located in the heart of Cotter, this cottage is just a few walkable blocks to town and to the river, 10 minutes to Mountain Home or Yellville and is within a short drive to Branson and other fun destinations.

My home is set up for the fisherman and fisherman at heart with super comfortable beds, great water pressure for nice, hot showers, a firepit, gas grill, cable tv, and recliners a perfect place to relax after a long day of fishing or play.

This cottage has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal for a family or heat up a quick snack. To make your stay better and mornings happier, complimentary coffee and teas are provided to our guests.

A washer and dryer in the cottage are available for our guests with a few pods to wash your lucky fishing shirt and the 'T' post in the backyard is perfect for hanging waders on to dry.

If the full family is joining you, we have a futon that folds to a queen-size bed, a twin rollaway bed, a high chair and a pack-and-play to make things easier with a little one.

Beautiful cabin

We were in town for the birth of our granddaughter and need a place that was local. This cabin was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for our group of four adults. Very clean with plenty of amenities.

White River fishing getaway.

The property was perfect for our fishing trip on the White River. Everything was exactly as advertised. The host was very good in communicating with us. Hope to return to Cotter to fish again and would definitely want to stay at this property!!

Perfect home base in Cotter

Thank you so much, Sandy! We loved our stay in your home. It was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely come back. Some of my favorite things about it where these… I loved having the hand sprayer in the shower. That is something that I look for when renting a VRBO. The girls in my family all agree when we are going somewhere new to stay. The shower had, great water pressure and plenty of heat as well! Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the fan in each room for the air circulation at night. We enjoy a cool house and it was perfect while we were here. My husband and I only turned on the heat a couple times because it got down to 40 something outside. Lol we also loved being able to watch our favorite shows on Netflix at night. when we stay in hotels, we are unable to do that. That was really great! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed being here. Love, love, love the wood floors and your decor! I am learning to trout fish and this is a great spot in Cotter. It’s a wonderful homebase and You are a wonderful host! Your home is very close to the White River Cafe. Wow! they sure have the best breakfasts anywhere and the folks are so great! That goes for the wonderful fly shop just a block or so away! Thanks again for everything! We loved it and we will definitely be back soon!
