On the ground floor, you will find:

A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, and fridge-freezer.

A utility room with a washing machine and cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom).

A separate WC.



On the first floor, you will find:



A bedroom with a double bed, a workspace, and a private shower room with WC.

A bedroom with a double bed.

A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

A shower room with shower and WC.

A bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and WC.



On the second floor, you will find:



A large bedroom with its own private shower room.



Important notes:



Upon arrival, you will find all the essentials needed to start your stay comfortably, including dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, and more.



Household linen (bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels) is included in the rental.



A cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking. However, to help us prepare the property for future guests, we ask that the house be left in a clean and tidy condition, with furniture returned to its original place. All rubbish must be removed, and refrigerators must be emptied before departure.



If the property is left in an unreasonable condition requiring additional cleaning or tidying, part of the security deposit may be retained to cover the extra cleaning costs at a rate of €35 per hour.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
