This elegant Villa in the Ocean Tower overlooks the Pacific Ocean, sandy beach Lagoons, and the pools at KoOlina's premier residential resort community, The Beach Villas. Our resort sits aside the 2nd lagoon beach, next to the world class Disney Aulani Hotel and Marriott Ihilani Hotel, The Beach Villas is one of Hawaii's most luxurious oceanfront resorts. We boast 5 star luxury and amenities, 2 pools, 3 Jacuzzi's, miles of beaches and walkways, marina, ocean cruises, whale watching off your lanai, and a short 25 minutes to the beautiful City of Honolulu. The villa has a king bed in the master and two twins that can be converted to a king in the spare bedroom, and a fold out couch.

Conveniently located near Honolulu International Airport and the city of Honolulu, but far away from the crowds of Waikiki. The Beach Villas Resort is in a class by itself for luxury and tranquility. Come enjoy a relaxed first class stay at this fabulous Villa along side the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

We reserve the right to deny rentals that leave more than a three day gap between guests.

Please note reservations made after October 1, 2023 will incur a one time parking registration fee of $25 which covers the duration of your stay. This will be payable to the front desk at check in.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The couch might need a cleaning. I think the problem is that people sit on it with sunscreen, etc. Also, we had some difficulty fitting the larger dishes in the dish washer drawers. Everything else was perfect.

Would recommend and stay here again! We come back to this are every few years. First time in this property and loved it. Traveled during the off season. Love the close amenities and beach. Condo and view were beautiful! We live Oahu and holds a special place in our hearts. Thank you and Aloha!

María is a wonderful host. She greeted us and let us know where to eat as soon as we arrived. She keeps everything stocked and we had so many kitchen items and beach accessories. Def recommend staying at this beautiful location. Thank you, Maria!

The condo was very nice, amazing view! The owner was quick to respond to our questions with a slight hiccup we had and it was resolved quickly. There were numerous extras, like beach chairs, goggles and snorkels available which allowed for great times at the lagoon.

Great Stay in Ko Olina! The Villa is just beautiful and has amazing views. The interior is super clean and well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies! The property is amazingly clean including multiple swimming pools. The weight room is well equipped and clean! The nightly entertainment was awesome as well. Really a perfect place for a beach holiday! Also 2.5 mi to Costco and Foodland was also perfect!

Super property with a great location

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property in a similar unit. The location is amazing with really easy access to a lagoon with space.

Secret Oasis

My wife and I and our son and daughter have been coming back to the islands for the occasional local family events and get togethers and we would stay in some of the hotels in Waikiki and Kapolei. But this one is buy far the BEST one yet. Four lagoons to explore. Next to the Disney Aulani hotel. The pool, the mini lagoons, the complete gym that had everything and especially the QUIETNESS of the place. And the hotel room is like a home away from home. Had everything and then some. My wife did really well finding this Secret Oasis. Very thankful for Maria. This lady knows what she's doing. Aloha! We'll be back!

Beach Villas

We are from Makakilo but had relatives visiting from Washington State. Two children (11 yo & 9yo) absolutely loved all that was available. Beautiful view of the ocean. This was our second stay at the Beach Villas & plan on returning.

Great relaxing location

Loved the view. The kids loved the pools. Hot tubs. And the lagoons. I loved the walking path every morning. There is a little wear in the unit but to be expected. They provided extras in the unit I wasn’t expecting and very appreciated. Communication was great. It was a great option if you didn’t want a busy city.

Wonderful location, great view

This was a fantastic unit with a perfect view. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The unit provided lots of sand toys, towels, beach chairs, and towels. I found the beds very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Large lanai with plenty of room to eat outside.The beach at Ko’olina is perfect and not crowded at all. Easy walk to dining and grocery shopping down the street, (plus the Marriott and Aulina resorts on either side). Would absolutely stay here again.Always able to find spots at the pool, drinks at the pool bar were great, nightly music at sunset, good fitness center and area to run along the beach. I put 4 stars on checkin only because you have to check in through the front desk and there were some issues getting our parking pass which took extra time. Nothing out of the ordinary, just less convenient than other checkin processes and not ideal coming in from a late flight. Otherwise a great experience! We did not have any issues with tight parking that other reviewers mentioned (vehicle was a Ford Explorer).

Paradise for a Week

Lovely property with an amazing view. We spent most of our time on the patio, enjoying lunch and dinner out there. The condo was spacious enough so that two couples could enjoy it in comfort. The kitchen was quite nice and enabled us to save money by cooking. Highly recommend.

Great condo

Location is spectacular, especially the view from the lanai. Everything was great. Just a few things that need attention: the top dishwasher doesn't clean very well and we did not use the bottom dishwasher because it drags against the floor; the refrigerator doors need to be looked at because they don't close very well.

Recent stay 12-24

Nice place overall, quiet location, not a lot around but enough if you need anything. The owner was quick to respond. I got this one cause it showed 2 twin beds in extra room, however when I got there it was a queen, which I needed the 2 twin beds. Son slept on fold out couch which was awful and needs to be replaced. All beds and pillows should be replaced. The bathrooms nice, view nice kitchen had everything. The furniture was nice except all the cushions, like sitting on floor, should be replaced. So needless to say nice place but needs a lot of upgrades for the price they are charging, which is a ton. Also would be nice if there was toilet paper for the duration of the stay. I understand buying food but that was ridiculous that there was not enough. Grounds very pretty and host was nice just needs a little effort put back into the place.

Fabulous resorts

The resort grounds and amenities were very nice. The surrounding area was also close to many shops. We were able to get all our extra cleaning and food supplies easily. We loved both pools and short walk to the beach. The BBQ grills onsite were very handy. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. Only issue were the cockroach traps all over the condo floors, and trying to keep my infant grandson away from those. Although it fit five adults, I think no more than four people is best for spreading out. We also enjoyed being next to the Disneyland resort and Paradise Cove. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

Annual Family Vacation at Ko Olina Beach Villas

We are a family of 4 and this is our annual family vacation to Ko Olina. We have been coming to Ko Olina for over 10 years and have rented condos at the Ko Olina Beach Villas every year. We are very familiar with the Ko Olina area and the BeachVillas and love coming back each year. However, this year we were disappointed with the Unit that we rented. Cons: -This unit has a secure parking space in the underground cover parking of the property but the owner use it to park their own car and ask the guest to pay a one time $25 fee to park in an outside space. We have stayed in over 15 different units at this property and have never been asked to pay for parking. It's not really about the $25 but the underground parking is secure and gave you access to elevators. -The unit has bugs/cockroach issues. The first day we found bugs in the dishwasher, wine fridge and on kitchen counter. We informed the property manger and she dropped off bug traps and ask us to deploy them in the condo. We deployed the traps and it help a bit but we still saw bugs crawling around the kitchen daily. -There are stains in the master bedroom carpet near the window and the suitcase stand was broken. Pros: -The property manager was responsive when we call or text with issues. -The unit was stocked with supplies which is a bonus. -Pot and pans in kitchen are new and clean. We also appreciate the new coffee maker.

Great property. Fully equipped for our two toddlers and four adults. The lanai was the perfect place to have breakfast and enjoy the sunset. The location provides numerous pools, a bar, and the lagoon a few steps away. We will definitely stay again on the property. If you are looking to avoid the crowds, this is the perfect place to be.
