The home sits in a brand new gated community, has 4 bdr and 3.5 baths with open floor plans throughout, has a 2 car garage, beautiful Florida Room, and comfortably sleeps 12 people.

Wonderful spot

As advertised. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get anywhere we wanted to go with ease.

Family getaway

The property was easy to locate and in a great spot to participate in many activities. My family would love to return to Hilton Head again. As African American vacationers, there were several occasions in which we felt a bit uncomfortable. The neighbors were unfriendly, watching as we took walks and enter in and out of the home. The HOA complained of street parking, while we noticed the others did so. I have used other VRBO properties and think they should look to be more accepting. My husband and I are retired school teachers and home owners ourselves. We believe in taking care of things. This experience should have been an excellent vacation. Hopefully the next family will receive a warm welcome.

Great for golf.

This house was terrific! It was in a gated community so it was very safe. The owner, Gloria, quickly provided answers to any questions we had. We were six ladies playing in a four-day golf event in the area. As we are seniors, we each wanted our own beds, of course. As it happens, the house was so roomy and with the 4 bedrooms and the lay-out, there was no problem with that and all but two ladies even had their own bedrooms. The house was new construction, sparkling clean, and wonderfully appointed and had all the amenities we needed - even three bicycles in the garage. There was no problem parking for the four vehicles we had. The house was adjacent to the golf courses we were playing, so it was very convenient - like nine minutes away. Our tournament course was at the northern end of the island, but, I feel, any of the golf courses on this island could be easily accessed from this house location. Any of us would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

This home sits on a Golf course and is within walking distance of the Beaches and about 1 mile from Hilton Head Airport. The neighbors that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and has tremendous space throughout the home. We did encountered a small problem trying to get the combination to work to get into the house. Within about 30 minutes the owner had it reprogrammed and we had zero issues from there. The Owner Gloria was very aggressive to resolve the lock issue, but that's a good aggressive! The house had a few damaged items, the master bathroom toilet paper holder was off the wall as well as the hair dryer in a upstairs bathroom! ( people should treat a rental home like it's there own. This was a fabulous Home and I will rent it again. Kind Regards, Raymond Liebold

Quick getaway

My husband , my best friend and her husband and myself rented this property for the weekend. The property is a new property and had a few kinks that comes along with new construction but nothing major. The furnishings are nice and more importantly for me the home was extremely clean !!!! I always pull back comforters when I arrive to make sure the sheets are clean and these were pristine! I am EXTREMELY picky and I only travel five star luxury so it's hard to impress me . But this home was beautiful, clean, and close to several beaches.
