You'll feel right at home in our new house. The front door opens up to an open concept layout that includes the well stocked kitchen, dining and living rooms with floor to ceiling height , a sunny Carolina room and the master suite. The second floor offers a second master suite, bedroom and a large room that doubles as a den and bedroom. Everything you need is here including soap, dish washing detergents, laundry detergent, paper products and linens, including beach towels. There are 3 TVs and wifi, as well as board games for indoor entertainment.

A large private yard with views of the lagoon and golf course offer opportunities for activity and relaxation. If you want to venture outside the Estuary, our gated community, you can walk or bike (we have 3 adult bikes for your use) to Fish Haul Beach (12-15 minute walk). This is a small beach with public restrooms on Port Royal Sound. Larger swimming beaches nearby - such as Folly Field and Burke's beaches - are about a 5-7 minute drive. Other points of interest within walking distance are Mitchelville Freedom Park and Fort Howell for the history buffs among you.

The new Estuary community is located in the "heel" of Hilton Head island. This location is close to the bridge that takes you to the mainland - Bluffton and beyond, but only a15-18 minute drive to Coligny Beach. We are close to the airport, hospital and public library, as well as many restaurants, stores, golf courses and beaches.
