You should also think about this adorable 4th floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa located in the heart of Sea Pines and the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. 1046 Caravel Court is a spacious and incredibly renovated villa with every detail meticulously planned out. There is an elevator in the building for easy access. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony while watching the birds in the trees. Restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities are all just a short walk from this lovely villa. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite counters and is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or a delicious meal to enjoy in the dining area or on your balcony. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from the villa. The spacious primary bedroom is a restful retreat after a day of adventure on Hilton Head Island, and the sofa sleeper provides comfy sleeping for 2 additional guests. My only problem with the stay. I was under the assumption the unit had a view of the harbor instead it was a parking lot.Also there was construction happening in the building.

Typical rental condo. Kitchen set up was minimal, wasn’t even a spatula for making omelettes. Silverware was unique! The building did not have luggage carriers so had to shlep everything in to unit and then bring empty suitcases down to fill up with our food and other none clothing items.Unit was clean, nice shower, and adequate for a couple. Good location.

Comfort in the midst of the Harbor

Our unit was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything on could want for comfort and cooking. Best of all, it was in the midst of Harbor Town with great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Location is amazing in the Sea Pines/Harbour Town area! The building is older but VERY well kept. The condo is nicely furnished and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs and the shower is fantastic! Being on the forth floor, our view was of the tree in the parking area, so we didn't sit on the patio at all. (NO ocean view as stated in the description) The check-in instructions need to be clearer...you have to go to the off-site office to get your parking pass before going to the building (the instructions start with sending you to the condo.) Loved the personalized, hand-written note from host2coast and the goodies. We will definitely return.

Great place plenty of space for a couple. Loved the kitchen and living areas. The bed was a very high and hard to climb into.

Great location

Regulars in Hilton Head and we love this property. Very clean with everything you need provided. The only negative was road construction, but that is not the property owner fault. We will consider this unit for our next trip.

Amazing Property and Spectacular Location

We could not have asked for a more perfect destination. The property exceeded my expectations and the location was absolutely perfect. The view of the lighthouse out the back door of our property could not have been more perfect. The property had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will absolutely be back.

Inappropriate for senior citizens. Bed is way to high off floor. Need a three step ladder to get on it. Location is good! Unable to use property due to last minute health issue. Could have been fun under different circumstances!!
