Esta es una casa colonial holandés en una carretera de grava tranquila que se encuentra a 150 pies de la playa por un camino de grava. Esta casa cuenta con un plan de piso abierto en el primer piso.

En la planta superior, la casa tiene 4 dormitorios y puede alojar cómodamente a 8 adultos, de 10 a 12, si usted también está empacando en los niños. Hay una casa litera separada, climatizada con un conjunto de literas.

Hemos estado en VRBO durante 10 años con muchos clientes satisfechos.

Las cuatro habitaciones son tranquilas, arriba y permiten privacidad. Tenemos una ducha al aire libre para la limpieza de la arena.

La casa está a mitad de la playa de las playas más hermosas de la tierra! La playa se extiende por más de 5 millas de longitud total y 300 yardas de ancho.

Contamos con una cocina completa con electrodomésticos nuevos para lavavajillas. La cocina fue totalmente remodelada en 2018. Es una delicia cocinar y muy fácil de limpiar. Aquí hemos preparado muchas, muchas comidas gourmet y una gran variedad de equipos, utensilios, cubiertos y bandejas para servirle.

El salón cuenta con varios sofás grandes. Es ideal para las tarjetas, hablar y sentado junto a la chimenea de gas grandes.

Contamos con una gran chimenea de gas que hace que toda la casa caliente. Los suelos son de calor radiante.

Tenemos wifi HI velocidad a través Carta. Conectar su ordenador portátil a la televisión grande utilizar sus piernas para transmitir lo que quiera.

Las habitaciones de arriba son grandes, 200 metros cuadrados cada uno. El arreglo de la cama: 1: Queen. 2: Queen. 3: completo, lleno 4: gemelo, gemelo.

Construimos esta casa teniendo en cuenta las grandes reuniones familiares, especialmente los niños de todas las edades, ¡como nuestra familia!

Best place.

This home is exactly what relaxation is all about. So very comfortable and airy and bright. Fireplace is the perfect place for your morning coffee. Kitchen is fun to cook in, everything tastes better at the beach. The quick walk to the beach is where the magic continues. The owners are so easy to communicate with. Enjoy your stay.

Cannon Beach Getaway

This was the perfect spot to explore Cannon Beach and vicinity. Morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets were just outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were spacious and the fireplace made for cozy relaxing. My favorite was the heated floors! And the bunk room made a great space to make calls or do online meetings without interrupting others. Would definitely recommend! Amy's suggestions for eating and shopping were spot on. Thank you!

Fantastic experience

Our stay this month was wonderful. Close proximity to the beach for walks and sunset, a small grocery store about a block away and multiple restaurants in walking distance. No need to even get in the car if you don’t want to.The house was larger than I expected from the photos. The main floor was open with multiple areas that allowed us to be together, but doing different things. It had everything we needed for our stay!Eric and Amy were great hosts. They answered my questions promptly and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.Definitely recommend this property and hosts!

A month to remember

We loved everything about our stay in Amy and Eric’s Beach house. The renovation several years ago is just as described and overall the house is attractive and very practical and easy to keep clean. We live in Portland and had family coming back and forth some during the month, which was easy to do. Amy is great to work with during the rental process. We hope to return. Highly recommend.

Very positive experience

My wife and I stayed at the Tolovana Park house for six weeks. We had a great stay and were a little blue once it came time to leave. We were only two except for a few days when there were up to six people staying. Everyone loved it. This house can handle a large group and would be great for a family gathering. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Definitely a five-star property.

Best VRBO stay ever!

The house is beautiful. The main floor is a lovely open concept that's much larger than it seems in the photos. There are lots of nice spaces that feel separate-ish so there can be different zones of activity, while all still feeling connected & together. The kitchen is phenomenal -- I found it a real dream to cook in. The furnishings are both nice & comfortable. The space is bright & cheery. The bedrooms are also nicely furnished & very comfortable. I slept in one of the rooms closest to the ocean and fell asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. The location is fantastic. It's mere steps to the beach and it's on my favorite stretch of Cannon Beach on the southern end. At low tide you can walk south straight through to Arcadia beach. All of my communication with the hosts was also great. They were incredibly helpful anytime I had a question. I cannot recommend this place more! Staying here was such a treat. Thank you Amy & Eric!

Great house close to beach. Well equipped.

Our second stay here. They have updated kitchen, bathrooms and floors etc since our last stay and house looks great. Kitchen in particular was fun to work in with an impressive gas range, a good range of equipment and some helpful pantry items. House was very clean and owner very responsive to any questions. New very good grocery store at this end of beach made it even more convenient. Hope to be back soon.

The Best Stay

We loved our stay!! The home was so accommodating, large open main floor with great kitchen and loved the dining area. The upstairs was very comfortable and roomy for our large family. The walk to the beach was right there! Bakery and new grocery store so close. We have stayed in CB before and our family would definitely stay at this home again! A great place to run, walk, play , fires , lots of beach time and sunsets!!

Owner Cancelled my Paid reservations 3 days before trip was starting

I paid in full and reserved this property January 26th 2016, Plenty of time before the reservation dates of April 5-14th 2016. On Friday evening, April 1st (no this is not an april fools joke) The homeowner called me and asked if we could end our trip early as his family had spring break between 11 April and 17 April. I told him I was sorry, but we are military and have land navigation training around the area and that is the time we needed the property. We had paid in full and we could not change our training dates. The owner emailed me the same request Friday night. On Saturday, April 2nd, I received an email from the owner saying he cancelled my reservation and refunded the money because "he didn't want military training conducted out of his house". At no time was military training going to take place at his residence. Now, there are no hotels left and also inflated prices for the 3 houses that are available for our 4 male persons who were going to stay at the house. I would have more respect for the owner had he been forthright and said he made a mistake and his family was going to use the property starting on the 11th. Instead, he blamed his selfishness on the military and cancelled our reservations 3 days prior to check in. PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.

Hi Cory. I know you are upset and I am sorry. I just did not feel comfortable with you renting my home. Your initial rental was for 9 days for 2 people. You charged the stay to the JBLM/Army credit card. I found this curious. I called you and you explained that 4 people would stay at the house and you would be in town for military training. You also explained many people would be at the house during the day as a hub for all of the people doing military training. Cannon Beach, spring break, military training? 2 people turned into many. . . Just did not add up. We wish you well.

Lovely spot for a group

Stayed here for a ladies' weekend getaway and found it to be a great location and a very workable design for us. We especially enjoyed the extra sink upstairs. There are some things which could be improved. The couch has multiple broken springs, some of the beds are a bit saggy (bring your own pillow if possible) and couldn't get tv to work, although it was easy to hook up DMHI and play movies from a tablet. I also suggest that you avoid Mo's.

Wow!

I am finally getting around to leaving my review for our stay at this property. I have to say that this might have been one our families best vacations, ever! The house is perfect for two families. We were invited to join another family that had booked this home. It's beautiful, well appointed and perfectly located. Being able to walk to the coffee shop every morning for coffee and pastries or walk to dinner in the evening at the nearby pub made us feel like regulars of Cannon Beach. The weather was incredible and the beaches!! My gosh, Washington doesn't have anything on Oregon when it comes to beaches. We could have been in Hawaii for all we knew. There is so much to do (Try and book dinner at EVOO if you go. It's expensive but so worth it!) in Cannon Beach and the surrounding towns. We are going back next summer. Eric was super easy to work with when a few questions came up. All around an amazing trip!!

Nice place for large family gathering

This house has a lot going for it. It is large and open, suitable for larger family gatherings, and it is very close to the beach. The reasons for three stars versus four or more: the downstairs carpeting and bedroom carpets were in sore need of a deep vacuuming or shampooing, and there was a utility red tag notice on the kitchen counter advising guests not to use the clothes dryer until an issue (owner required maintenance) was completed. With three young children, a clothes dryer is almost a necessity, and the dryer was not available to us.

Lovely home!

Our extended family of 5 adults and 3 kids stayed comfortably in this house. The location was perfect and a short walk led us to the best stretch of sand in the world. The dining table accommodated all of us and there was a small table that was perfect for my toddler. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor shower to rinse off located conveniently near the laundry room. We love Cannon Beach. The beach at low tide is perfect for riding Fun Cycles, kicking a soccer ball, building huge sand creations, and exploring tide pools. Thanks for opening in your home to us and we hope to come back and stay again in the future!

Great rental/Great location

We used the house for a family reunion for 8 adults. The downstairs kitchen and living area was all good sized and open allowing space for separate activities including cooking without anyone being isolated. One block from the beach and two blocks to a great bakery.

We just returned from renting this house. We loved it! House was very clean, beds were comfortable. We brought our dog and the house was perfect for her. The location is awesome!! Located near a quiet part of the beach and a short walk to Haystack rock. We loved it! Would like to go back again.

We enjoyed our weekend in Cannon Beach. the rental was nice except for the 10 am checkout time. Much preferred to leave nearer noon. The 5 hour cleaning note is questionable as we found cheerios here and there in the unit.. We also didn't take our pet so no pet cleaning fee should be charged. Over all the unit was nice but the maid probably used much less time.

Great family rental

After a terrible rental experience with another VRBO home, this home was awesome. The owners are easy to work with and accommodating, the house is clean and updated, the location is close to the beach. The kitchen was nice to cook a few meals in too! We will go back in the summer!

family...then friend getaway

This house is well laid out for a group. We started the week with our sons, wives and a grandson, two dogs. Had a great time. Then ended the week with 7 college girlfriends that I get together with every year. Beach access is great, no view from house but literally a very short walk to beach, Mo's restaurant and a little market and Pub down the road. Everything is provided, the hot water outdoor faucet to rinse feel is invaluable. The only criticism I would have is the beds are getting a bit old....uncomfortable--even our "young" son complained. The door is really difficult to lock and unlock. It could have been cleaner---we vacuumed extensive cobwebs from behind a bed, etc. ....so just something to note. We DO recommend this house to others.

Cannon Beach is an amazing place. Where the mountains and forests reach all the way to the sand and pounding oceans. The sand is white and fine and comes from the Mighty Columbia. The town is adorable and full of art shops and cute boutiques.
