Great trip. Rented for two weeks with access to all facilities, extra. Home was like to was presented on the website. AC was great in all rooms. Hot tub was great.Great room size and location as it was 1/2 between the the Community center/Timber Trails and the club house and outdoor pool.Lake Naomi is awesome with the facilities, recommend this house and location to all.

Very clean and well stocked. Very relaxing and enjoyed all of the amenities. Hoping to book again!

Great place!

We had an amazing time spending the Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful place, it was just a little down side that we couldn’t get access to the lake or pool you need the membership pass or stay over a week to get in, but we visited a lake close by and the hot tub was a great plus.

Overall we loved our stay. The house was perfect and the special touches from the owner were very appreciated. Two notes would be that the bathroom shower upstairs wasn’t very clean (hair left behind) and the biggest downside was the hot tub was set to 84 degrees. We didn’t realize this until we went to use it and it takes hours to get up to temperature so we were quite chilly in the hot tub. If you could just add a note to the binder to up the temperature of the hot tub several hours before using, it would be very appreciated.

Wonderful family vacation!

This property was everything it was advertised and more. The owners are so responsive and kind, the home is comfortable and clean. It truly felt like our home for the time we stayed. The air hockey table and game room was a hit, the hot tub was perfect, the proximity to everything needed, the gorgeous views from the deck and the beautiful skylights, we could not have asked for a better experience. So much so we plan to book for next year! The community was so safe and clean as well! The grocery store is only a 15 min ride, and under 10 minutes to Dunkin. Snow tubing and the outlets were all near too. We are so happy we found this place and can’t thank Abby for providing such a welcoming space. Can't wait for next year!

Overall I was disappointed in the quality of the rental. Outdoor furniture was "beat". Indoor living area furniture was clean and neat but "beat". The beds were adequate. Great kitchen space as far as area was concerned. However, as soon as I looked at the cook top, I was turned off. It was old....dirty...and generally trash. TV in the living room did not work. Property showed a lack of care in general. Fortunately for me and my guests we spent most of our time with family in the area.not in the rental. Water pressure in the baths was less than adequate. Shower head in the second floor bath needs to be replaced. BTW, the musty smell hits you in the face when you walk in for the first time. I would not go back to this property at any price and would not recommend it to anyone.

Mom’s getaway weekend.

This property was perfect for my fellow moms and I to take a few days away and recharge. We really enjoyed how clean and inviting the home was, especially the jacuzzi! Would definitely stay again!
