🌬️ This is a high-desert environment. Guests may experience occasional winds, temperature swings between day and night, and local wildlife—this is all part of the authentic desert experience.
🚗 A vehicle is highly recommended, as public transportation in the area is limited.

💳 Cancellation Policy Notice: By booking this property, you acknowledge that all cancellations may be subject to credit card processing fees, depending on the booking platform used.
🧹 Extended Stay Cleaning: For stays of 14 days or more, an additional $150 cleaning fee is required for each additional two-week period. This fee is paid directly to the host. Guests must allow cleaners access during their stay for scheduled cleaning and/or safety inspections.
🧳 Early Luggage Drop-Off: Early luggage drop-off is not guaranteed and may not be available. Please check with the host in advance to see if it can be accommodated.
