Enjoy this cozy, remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bath townhome in lower Deer Valley (Just 1 mile to the bottom of Deer Vally and 1.5 Miles to Park City Mountain base). Finish a day of skiing in your private hot tub surrounded by pine trees or a hot cup of tea by the fireplace. Curl up at night in luxury with our 100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite! With 3 bathrooms / 3 bedrooms + a loft (with bunks and games for the kiddos), there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There is also a 2 car garage, washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen and office space in master bedroom.

This is a multi-level townhome with a private two car garage and a private patio with hot tub, propane grill and small table. At night, you'll be treated to our luxury mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets.
Each level is separated by approximately 5-8 stairs (half staircases);
Garage level - garage with room for 2 cars, small entry way and washer and dryer
Living level - front door entryway, living room with super comfy sectional, large smart tv with both cable and streaming, a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and dining nook with plenty of room for the whole family. Sliding patio door out to deck with hot tub, propane grill and small table for 4.
Bedroom level - two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms; one with shower and another with shower/tub combination.
Master level - master bedroom with king bed, stand up desk area, gas fireplace, TV with cable and streaming, and a beautiful double vanity in bathroom with steam shower.
Loft Level - fun loft with twin over full bunk bed (and trundle). TV with cable and streaming also in this room.
*Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook including blender and crockpot.
*Salt, pepper and olive oil will be provided. Other spices and condiments will be at the condo, but not guaranteed.
*Start of Local coffee will be provided
*Condo will be stocked with enough supplies for your stay (garbage bags, dishwasher pods, TP, etc. )
Guests have access to whole townhome with exception of owners lockout.
