Awesome beach block location on the south end! Updated 3 bedroom 1.5 bath first floor condo steps to spectacular beach. Tastefully decorated, with 2 decks, 1 off street parking plus private garage, private outdoor shower, central air, high speed Wifi, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. Private backyard with dining table, fire pit, and grill! Restaurants, ice cream shop, grocery store, rec center, and miniature golf all close by. Beach entrance is only half a block down the street. The dune walk is about 3-3.5 minutes and you arrive to an expansive beautiful white sand beach. Please see aerial photo for proximity to beach. Beach tags and beach gear provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and the owner was thoughtful and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

No golf- plenty of fun!

We originally came down for a golf weekend, but the weather did not cooperate. Fortunately, the accommodations and the beautiful area offered us so much to do. Michael, the host was responsive to our questions and the place was beautiful. We are already looking for a date to return.

Excellent vacation house!

We had a lovely vacation at Mike and Janice’s beach house. It was perfect for our family of four. The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing, and it was immaculately clean as well as well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch each morning. The beach was a short walk, and the beach carts provided made it easy to get out with kids. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. An awesome beach, not crowded at all even on a weekend in the summertime. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Waves of fun and relaxation!

This was hands down our best family vacation thanks to the location and accommodations of the property managers. The home was clean, well kept, and stocked with everything needed for an amazing weekend get away. If I could give this property a 10 I definitely would. We look forward to many more vacations!

Great house and great location

We had a excellent stay at Michael and Janice’s beach house. The house was perfect for our stay and is well decorated and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The location was perfect for daily walks to the beach. We had a terrific time and will definitely like to return to this house in the future.

lovely property

the cleanest place i have ever stayed, with very nice decor. everything from the pots and pans to the towels and blankets are nice quality and so clean. beautiful beach a short walk from the property. great!

Wonderful stay

We rent the house for one week, for a family vacation. We were so happy with the house! It was perfectly clean, high-quality equipped, spacious and welcoming. Micheal gave us a lot of inforsmtion and quick answers. The neighbourhood and the beach were perfect.

Excellent stay at the beach!

Our family enjoyed our summer vacation at the beach! Mike was very helpful and gave direct contact info that made everything very simple and easy. The property was fantastic, clean, and was very convenient to all of our needs. Would highly recommend!

Great relaxing girls weekend

My mom, two dear friends and I were able to spend much needed time together in Brigantine. Days on the beach, walks and great local food. House was perfect! Super location! Owners made the entire process of renting seamless.

Awesome stay

Great space, layout and location. Nice open kitchen/dining/living area and a good sense of privacy with entrance and outdoor shower on the side of the house. Very close to the entrance for the beach path even if there is a little bit of a walk from there to the ocean. We enjoyed that though as beach wasn’t super crowded and was very peaceful.

A little slice of heaven

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property and the owner. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location and everything you could possibly need inside the house, down to a chip clip and wine cork. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Perfect stay

Spectacular location, I had a work event at AC convention center and got back and forth in less than 10 minutes. I had never been to Brigantine but was very impressed. The house itself was just the perfect location, just off the beach and easy walking distance to food and ice cream. The property was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for us. I’ll look to reserve it any time I’m back in the AC area. Would give it 12/10 if I could.

As good as or mostly better than we expected

We had a great experience renting this condo. Almost everything was better than expected. We enjoyed the time spent there. The unit was very clean and organized. The quality of bedding, silverware, kitchen items, facility, etc. was excellent. The walk to the beach was through beautiful natural vegetation (early June). The beach was great. We will definitely recommend and will look forward for future stay.

First Trip to Jersey Shore

This is the first time we have booked a VRBO home and our first extended stay at the Jersey shore. Everything was great and so incredibly convenient. From the location of the house to the basic beach items needed everything was fantastic. The house was adorable and we stocked with everything from towels to kitchen items so all we needed was a few groceries. We will definitely be returning!

The perfect everything

My friends and I stayed at this beach house to celebrate a 50th birthday at the beach. This house really was the perfect place to commemorate this event. The house was immaculate in cleanliness. The esthetic of the house was curated perfectly and the amenities that were provided were well thought out. Not to mention the location is ideal for any beach goer. It’s so close to the beach and the neighbors were so friendly you felt so safe and looked out for. I would stay here again and again. Thank you to the owners❤️

Wonderful Beach Escape

My family visited this property for a long weekend with our two young children and it was exactly what we were hoping for! The home was beautiful and the perfect size for our family. We really appreciated the clear and detailed communication with Michael prior to our stay and loved how well-stocked the house was! The location was great- we walked to mini-golf and ice cream, and restaurants were only a short drive away The walk through the dunes/onto the guarded areas of the beach was a little challenging for our little ones and with all of our gear, but we expected that. Neighbors were very friendly, and the area was pretty quiet overall. Such a nice getaway!

Gorgeous & well-appointed in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Every aspect of the decoration was well thought through and extremely functional. The host was lovely and very helpful, proactively providing information about Brigantine. The area is fantastic- just a short walk to the beach. The one downside to the property is that because it is the lower floor of a house, once guests arrived who were staying upstairs, it was difficult to sleep because you could hear their every move. Each room was equipped with a sound machine, but it didn't fully address the issue for us. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves for the first few days and it was perfect, but the noise from above was challenging to deal with. That said, we loved everything else about our trip.

Family Vacation

We are so happy we picked to stay here. Myself, my husband, my two boys (4 & 6), and my mom stayed. Upon entry, we immediately noticed how clean the place was. The setup was perfect for our small group. The master bedroom is so spacious and we enjoyed the deck attached. My boys loved watching a movie before bed in The bunkbed room and my mother was happy to have a private 1/2 bath attached to her room. The garage was so beneficial to store bikes and beach supplies for the week. The house was equipped with everything you need from towels to cleaning supplies to beach gear (we were thrilled to have the beach cart!). Michael was super helpful and quick to respond. The only downfall is that there is a condo upstairs and you can hear a lot above you. However, it didn’t seem to bother us to much as we would definitely book this space again.

Great condo close to beach

We had a great stay in Brigantine. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It had everything we needed - lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, soap, cleaning supplies, etc. Beach chairs, boogie boards, skimboard, beach toys, and cart provided. The walk to the beach was as described and pictured in the listing. We walked to the 38th Street entrance to go to guarded beach. I’d say it took about 10 minutes with the beach cart and our 8 and 4 year old. The beach cart in the deep sand slowed us down more than the kids. It was close enough that we were able to head back for lunch midday and then go back to the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again when in Brigantine!
