Situated just 2 blocks away from the beach, it is the perfect retreat for both beach activities and exploring the nightlife of nearby Atlantic City, a mere 10-minute drive away. The home comes fully equipped with beach chairs, 2 cabanas, pool toys, 8 complimentary beach tags, two surfboards, two boogie boards and two beach carts which are for beach use only.
Floatation devices are allowed only at the pool and are not allowed for use outside the pool.
Please note that while this home is perfect for entertaining, it is not available for bachelor or bachelorette parties. This rental is exclusively for families.
Located on the prestigious southern side of Brigantine Island, this spacious abode offers ample space for quality family time. There is ample off-street parking for four cars. Nestled in a friendly cul de sac just three blocks from the main beach entrance and one block from the drive-on beach, it provides easy access to the beach. Additionally, there is large grocery store and various shopping options within a mile radius.
The home is tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. The family room boasts a cable-ready TV, while the second floor features a generous primary bedroom with a private bathroom and a double shower head. This main bedroom has a deck overlooking the back of the home. Additionally, another main bedroom has its own private bathroom. This second floor also accommodates a fourth bedroom with two full-size bunk beds, and a twin bunk, along with a full bed.
Sheets will be placed on top of each bed prior to arrival. In addition, pillows and blankets are available. Bath towels can be found in upstairs hallway closet. Beach essentials such as two beach carts, 10 chairs, two cabanas, 2 boogie boards, two surfboards, and 8 beach tags are included. Additionally, sand toys are at your disposal. The utility room has a full-size washer, dryer and second full size refrigerator.
