You have to see it!

Beautiful unique space with soaring 20' ceilings to the peak. Carefully designed by the owners down to each detail. The first floor master bedroom has a private soaking tub and door leading to the upper level of the oversized deck in the front of the home. The deck has a patio set and a grill. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other with twin bunks and a twin/full bunk. All bedrooms have TVs. The main level has an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen featuring a six burner stove.

The basement is not accessible as there is a long term tenant living there. They do not have access to our space and have their own exit and entrance separate from the main floor and your space.

Family Wedding weekend in quad cities

Remodeled church was awesome house open concept. Lots of room. Nice front yard. Nice deck. Good location not far from downtown.

Weekend Get-together

This property is great for hanging out and catching up in! The oversized island is great for playing games (boardgames, cardhames, etc). Large open space made it easy for people to have individual conversations without bothering others. Overall we had a great weekend stay!

I travel for work so I could be in to for a month or I can be in town for a couple days. My boss informed me that we’re being sent home because the work wasn’t ready here. So I texted them to discuss a refund for the remaining days. I texted them a 6-7 days before my check out. Still haven’t gotten a response even after check out.

Beautiful and unique house

Our flight got in at 9pm so we had a late check-in, by the time we got to the house we were only able to communicate with the hosts once. Upon arrival we found the house to be just as the pictures show on the website. We were unable to connect to the wifi and the sign on we were given was non-existant, this was fixed by the next day. When we went to bed we found our bedding to be dirty and the extra sheets we found were dirty, we ended up using twin blankets and some new pillow cases we found upstairs. The hosts had new bedding they just purchased dropped off at the house the next day, which we needed to wash and make our beds with. The rest of our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed using the well equiped large kitchen for meals and visiting. We were visiting our son at Augustana and found everywhere we went just a short distance away. This is a new rental so improvement and experience with guests will hopefully fine tune future stays at this beautiful house.

Great Property and Great Hosts!

We visited the area for Thanksgiving and wanted a great space to share the holiday with my husband’s mom and dad. We we’re not disappointed by the kitchen and open concept. It made preparing Thanksgiving dinner enjoyable because everyone was able to visit and watch football and gather around the island for games! The hosts are real super hosts. We had no issues and communication was easy and efficient. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Our Girls Craft Weekend

We look for a house that allows us to spread out and do arts and crafts. This was the perfect place! We eat in for all of our meals and snacks and adult beverages. Had only a couple of road bumps but nothing that would keep us from booking again. Thanks so much!!

Beautiful home and historic building. Really enjoyed our stay and the area. Only complaint: The furnace in the master bedroom is quite loud- it disturbed our sleep!

Awesome Davenport rental

We loved this rental for our visit to Davenport over the Christmas holiday. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. This house was beautifully transformed from a little church into a fun and unique rental. We loved the large open living area, the kitchen is to die for and the master bed/bath is amazing. Hoping the owners will take our suggestion for window coverings in the upstairs bedroom, but other than that, we have zero complaints.

Great getaway house

House is a renovated church, very comfortable open layout, large kitchen space with large island. Location good proximity to attractions. Only issue was inconsistent heating, but host was very understabding and responsive

We had an awesome stay at this unique property. The open floor plan of the main level allowed the family to spend a lot of quality time together, even when doing separate tasks. While my sister cooked, I put together a puzzle and my mom and brother in law played cards. Pet friendly can't be beat!

You have never stayed in a place like this! This building was once a church! We purchased it knowing we were going to make it into a gorgeous home! We kept some of the church elements such as a stained glass window. When you enter the property, be sure to read the news article on the wall. This undertaking was quite the project!

There is an amazing soaking tub and a master shower for two. The 20ft ceilings provide some interesting acoustics while listening to music or watching TV.
