Also just a short walk from the beautiful May River where you can see Dolphin swimming most days! The house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or a small group of friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and well-appointed with everything you need for a gourmet meal at home! The host was fantastic and made great recommendations for things to do during our stay. We were group of 6 guys who stayed here for our friend’s wedding. Beds were comfy, house is centrally located in downtown Bluffton. We even got to see the Christmas parade. House was very clean and we did our best to leave it as we found it! Loved the golf cart as well!

We arrived early and sent a text to the owner. They were gracious and said it would be fine to go in.The house was VERY clean and extremely nice. The beds were comfortable with soft linens. Lots of natural light filled the screened front porch in the morning. The included golf cart made getting around town a breeze. We will absolutely rebook this house the next time we visit Bluffton.

Upon arrival I noticed that the premises were clean, nicely furnished, very well maintained and comfortable for a family of 6- 8 people. All was as advertised. The Kitchen was fully equiped. The premises were centrally located for our needs - close enough to Hilton Head and Savannah (Ga.). I would gladly recommend the premises to others.

Perfect location and beautiful home

This is our second time to this home! The location can’t be beat! Close to the river and close to Old Town. The house is beautiful and clean and has everything you could ask for. The golf cart is so much fun to get around! We’ll definitely be back to Bluffton and this awesome home!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. We especially loved having the golf cart. The location was ideal—quiet and relaxing, yet close to shops and restaurants. Jonathan is always a great host, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. This is our second stay and will be returning.

12 Guerrard is well appointed and well managed. You won’t find a better or more accessible host to work with in Jonathan . Its proximity to town is perfect for walking or getting around on the provided golf cart. The technology is up to date including fast WiFi, Sonos speakers, and smart thermostats. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay at this house in Bluffton. This is one of our top favorite places now! The house was modern, clean, and the perfect size for 2 adults, 2 teens, toddler, and infant. The house was well stocked with extra towels/washcloths, toilet paper, and paper towels. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved that a pack-n-play crib and high chair were available for our baby! The town has charm and the golf cart was a favorite! We hope to stay again!

Great base for exploring area

Property was great. Kitchen was well equipped beds were comfortable. Location was amazing and the golf cart allowed us to drive around town and see the waterfront restaurants shops, etc.. the kids really love that. We could also get to a few of the historical sites in old town as well. The only issue I will say is if you have kids around 10 years old and enjoy movie nights like we do while I’m on vacation The living room furniture is not real comfortable for a two hour movie we are up early and on the go most days but look forward to movie nights because our kids play a lot of sports in the evenings so for of us having nothing to do and catch up on movies is pretty rare so we like to do it on vacation The technology on the TVs are great just for our family. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable spot to watch movies. But I honestly don’t think that’s a reason not to rent this home. It has so much else going for it. We will 100% rent this property again

Beautiful home on a quiet street in Old Town Bluffton. It was close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, but the golf cart was a fun, added bonus. Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed. The screened-in porch was another bonus. Lots of room in each bedroom/bathroom. The main living area was big enought for my family of six adults to hang out. Jonathan was super responsive, too!

WOULD LIVE HERE IF I COULD!!!

This house is beautiful!! Exactly as advertised. There is not one thing I would change!!! The beds are super comfortable, and the golf cart is nice to run the few blocks into town for dinner and easier to park than a car. There were dishwasher pods and laundry pads available, as well as dish soap and toilet paper. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Bluffton Beauty

Fulfilling a Christmas gift for my hubs and son, we were Searching last minute for a rental for the Heritage Golf Tournament in Hilton Head. We were so pleased we broadened our search and found this beautiful bonus in Bluffton! Not only is this rental spacious and so welcoming, the location is super ! Although we've stayed at Hilton head many times, this was our first time in Bluffton and we were not disappointed. This is the perfect location to be able to experience the quaint Main Street restaurants and shops., and cruising to get yummy specialty donuts at Alljoy on the golf cart that's included ! Or you can head to the waterfront a few blocks away to the working oyster company and waterfront park. The screened in porch was one of my favorite places to have morning coffee, the beds were comfy, and the neighbors were quiet. This place is a true gem, and we are already talking about an entire family vaca at this rental in charming Bluffton. John the host great with check in and check out communication provided upfront, and easy to reach if needed. A very lovely stay.!!!

Epic Stay, great central location

This was our 1st visit to Bluffton. Location is excellent to explore Bluffton and day trips to Hilton Head, Savannah and Beaufort. Located on a quiet street within a very short walk to main street & downtown restaurants and shops. The home is felt recently rebuilt or renovated. Super clean. The beds and furniture were all in great shape comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need. Weber / pellet smoker for BBQ's and washer & dryer. The photos are very accurate and probably don't do it justice. OK and let's not forget about the 4 person golf cart in the garage that we used frequently to get around town. Absolutely no issues, excellent stay and the PM / Owner were great. I'd bring my family back who missed out this time aground and would definitely request to stay here again.

Thank you for viewing our profile! We are both natives to Atlanta, GA. Recently, we explored more south to Bluffton, SC where we fell in love with the town! Having 3 kids we decided to buy a vacation home in Bluffton so we can experience many adventures with our kids. It's perfect from all the activities in Bluffton to being right in the center of Old Town Bluffton where everything is walking distance. It was also exciting for us because we are close to Hilton Head and Savannah! We hope you love our house and Bluffton as much as we do! We would love to hear from you and your personal experiences! We are still learning the area ourselves. :-)
