Great spot!

Great location for biking to the beach and close to the Nature Preserve. Also a good place to stay with children - lots of space. Will definitely stay again!

Golf Getaway

Beautiful location in Sea Pines. The property backs onto a forest preserve, small lake. Amazing view with lots of birds and wildlife. House is well laid out, comfortable and very clean. Property manager was friendly, efficient and readily available. Would definitely recommend this property.

Hilton Head Vacation

Very relaxing!!

This property was wonderful. I think we enjoyed the outdoor space more than the inside which was amazing. Very quiet, peaceful & if you want to view some gators this is the place to be. I will definitely stay there again.

Property was one of the cleanest we ever stayed at. Even the windows & outside patio furniture were clean. Nice view. Quiet, Safe community. Close to beach, restaurants & shopping. Great communication with rental agency..

Great spot, loved the porch for coffee in the morning. Golfing was awesome. Bought our bikes, can rent. Lots of wildlife. Would stay again.

Wonderful outdoor space!

We had a great fall getaway in Sea Pines. The house had everything we needed, including a great deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs for watching birds and alligators in the water! This was a quiet location and very convenient. We would definitely choose this location again. We enjoyed biking to the beach, many restaurants, and the grocery store.

Heaven on HHI!

Wonderful, quiet and serene property. Loved the porch for bird and gator watching. Be sure to bring your binoculars. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable open spaces and great size YV's! We'll definitely be back! Thank you for a great 3 weeks!

Family golf getaway

This condo was exactly as described! The kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware and utensils needed. The grill on the deck was available for grilling. It was quiet and close to Lawton Stables. We would love to return.

Amazing house/location

We had such a great time staying at this property! Our children especially enjoyed looking for the gator and little lizards each day. The house was close to all the activities we had planned on the island. My husband and I could not believe how nice and quiet the community was. We would love to come back someday! We highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

This is a charming condo in Sea Pines. Just right for our family of 4. Very comfortable. Quiet spot. The kids were a fan of the alligator in the lake behind us. Will definitely come back.

The Best!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! It was the perfect location. A short bike ride to the beach and just a few minutes from the other activities that we did. We truly enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful. We did have an alligator sunning right off the deck next to the water every morning. The kids enjoyed watching all the wildlife everyday.

We cannot believe how perfect our stay was, with the exception of finding two friendly cockroaches in our condo. Harmless. Loved the gators we saw behind us, and fun birds. Will definitely be back!

Already looking to book again next year

This was out first time in Hilton Head and we will definitely be back and would stay at this property again. Home was as described and has a beautiful view of a lake. There were birds, turtles and even a resident alligator who made daily appearances. I would definitely recommend caution if up close to the water and supervision of children. The home itself was clean and spacious. Easy access to everything.

Simply Awesome

We stayed for a total of 7 nights and we had a blast. The area is super nice, with the pool right around the corner from the unit. The check-in process was smooth, with very clear instructions provided by the owner. The unit itself was very clean and updated, and we all slept comfortably. All of the appliances and the grill worked flawlessly. We especially enjoyed the daily afternoon visit from ‘Jaws’ (as our kids named him) who is an alligator that crawls out of the lagoon onto the back lawn each day in the early afternoon. We definitely plan to visit again!

Beautiful view

The property was clean with a beautiful view. We enjoyed watching the birds and even saw a couple of gators. There are so many wonderful restaurants on the island and we did a lot of exploring. It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and we appreciated all the beauty. My only advice would be to bring your own supplies if you plan on cooking. There wasn’t any salt, pepper, foil, etc that I have had in other rentals so just be aware. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s very comfortable and lovely.

3327 Lake Forest

Lovely end unit - towards the back of the LF complex with awesome view of the lake and access to the deck from master bed and living room. This bright, clean, comfortable, well equipped villa provided a wonderful sanctuary in the middle Hilton Head summer insanity! It's a minor annoyance that we did not have enough garbage bags (2!) or toilet paper for a week's stay and the gas grill chained to the railing on the deck interferes with the view from lounge chairs - but small details in an overall wonderful, relaxing place. Thank you.

Perfect location!

We loved this property. You feel like you have the neighborhood to yourself tucked back in this beautiful little cul-de-sac. We saw alligators, all kinds of bird , and turtles. You can walk to the nature trail and Lawton Stables-which was amazing. If I had to say anything I’d say it could be just a touch cleaner. I spotted a lot of cob webs, dust and dirt along trim on the bead board in hall bathroom. But generally clean and tidy. I would have liked to had some general kitchen spices-not even salt and pepper. Kitchenware was amazing though! We would definitely come back, thank you for having us, the value for what you get is second to none!

Fire ants at the pool & big alligator

There are fire ants at the pool. An ant mound is just inside the gate on the sidewalk. This is dangerous if stepped on especially if people do not know about fire ants. I was bit by at least 1 fire ant on my finger. I placed my shoes & socks on the ground next to my table. I picked up my shoes & socks & noticed ants in my shoes. Fire ants were all around the area where I placed my shoes. We had no food there. I received a text at around 2:32 Saturday saying the villa was clean & ready. We went to the rental center & received the packet around 3:05. Entered the villa & brought our things in. The doorbell rang & a lady said we need to clean the villa, so we left. They took the pillowcase from the pillow my wife brought. It was a special case for allergies. I reported the fire ants in a text & never received any feedback. I think the HOA is responsible for bug control. Something needs to be done about the fire ants as my wife said the 1st time, she went to the pool there were many ants along the edge of the pool. The doorbell rang one morning. By the time I got to the door the guy was next door. It looked like an exterminator as he had some type of tank with a hose. It would be better if the bug guy came on a Saturday morning before people check into the villa. Villa is very nicely updated. Owners did a great job with the updates. Workmanship & materials nice & very well decorated.1 alligator is about 8 feet long & the other 5 feet. Should have signs posted.
