Located in the Village of Lake George, this beautiful 2nd floor duplex has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms.
Relax on your spacious deck with a seating area, outside dining area and gas grill overlooking the lake. With the beast seats for summer Thursday Night Village Fireworks!

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike trails, Shepard Park Beach and other attractions in the Village.

Dock slip available (for an additional cost depending on the size of your boat) at the Boardwalk Marina, which is located down the hill from the house. WE DO NOT HAVE A LAUNCH OR STORAGE FOR YOUR TRAILER. Ask for details. 2 parking spaces available.

The location of the house was absolutely perfect, right on the water and also right downtown walking distance to everything. The house was completely renovated and everything was brand new. My fiancé and I plan to stay there again.

Great location with water view and access to the boardwalk. The deck was an added bonus to relax on. Nicely updated and comfortable. Communication with property owner was excellent! Highly recommend!

The space was perfect for our small group for the weekend. Being within walking distance of town was great and the view of the lake was beautiful. The only downside with being that close to town was the noise, particularly music and street noise at night.

Great gem in the heart of the village.

This was our second time at this property and we will return again. Right in the middle of the village and fun. Can be loud at night but we stay on west coast time so it doesn’t bother us at all. Very spacious and fully stocked.

Quick Lake George Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property…and we absolutely love it. Incredibly clean and well-maintained, it is truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Lake George Village. Waking up to views of the lake right at the end of the yard is incomparable. Walking distance to everything and 10 minutes from the outlets for shopping. We would absolutely recommend this property to to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this Lake George house! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from Shepard Park Beach, with an easy walk back up to the house to grab lunch or relax. It was also a short, scenic walk to Million Dollar Beach. We loved being able to listen to live music from nearby restaurants and bars right from the deck, yet it was still peaceful at night when it was time to sleep.One of the highlights was watching the fireworks from the deck. The beds were comfortable, and the house was a quick stroll to Canada Street's restaurants and coffee shops, which was especially convenient in the mornings.Terri, the host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a relaxing and fun Lake George getaway.

This rental was outstanding! So comfortable, well-equipped and extremely well located. Our family of 6 had plenty of space for dining inside or on the gorgeous deck. The kitchen had anything we might have needed to make a meal or 2, though we were close enough to walk to any of the great downtown restaurants. We loved being close to everything! We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine to watch the steam boats on the lake. This was also a perfect location to watch the weekly fireworks! It was also a quick walk to either the public beach or even Million Dollar if preferred. Hosts were incredibly responsive with any questions. What a great experience!!

Great property! We never had to drive anywhere, which was perfect for attending a wine festival. 😉 Walking distance to all the hot spots. The house was clean, new, spacious, and absolutely lovely.

Stunning and Views with a Prime Location

This rental was perfect for our family! The location is right off the main strip and the views were beautiful for my morning coffee and for watching the fireworks. The kitchen and rooms were all nicely equipped for whatever we needed. Thank you for having us! 💗

My Lake George stay

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Property owner was very friendly and responded quickly to any and all questions. We are hoping to do it again next year. The fireworks right outside on the lake was a PLUS!!
