Immaculate, secluded Hamptons retreat that features 4 bedrooms plus bonus playroom with beds, 4 full bathrooms, salt-water pool (9 ft deep end), tennis court and new salt water hot tub. This private,1.27 acre retreat is just a five-minute walk from West Landing Beach on the Great Peconic Bay. Beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line appliances would be any chef’s dream. Open living space with a welcoming fireplace, cathedral ceilings and three sliding doors lead to a backyard oasis. Backyard features resort-style living with lounge furniture, beautiful outdoor shower, gas fire-pit, outdoor heater and DCS Grill. The property is surrounded by green-zoned areas in front and back, and borders the Red Creek Hiking Trail. House is conveniently located just minutes from top Southampton restaurants, marina, and local shopping and a short drive to the many vineyards on the North Fork. Come live your best Hamptons life! Contact owner regarding pet policy and length of stay. Please note there are 3 outdoor cameras located on the property for safety - one at the front door, one facing the driveway. The cameras are on and video/audio recording 24/7. The pool is 9 feet deep in the deep end. Swim at own risk and children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Pool open approx mid May thru mid October; hot tub now open year-round.

Wonderful vacation home! Large, cheerful house with three distinct living areas: a master bedroom with a full bath (jacuzzi!) on one side, two bedrooms with a full bath in the other side, and a whole other suite with two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs.The pool area was the largest and nicest we had ever rented. Huge beautiful WARM pool, large table with many chairs, loungers, a separate sitting area with a fire table, a large grill, and a six-seater hot tub! Multiple umbrellas and retractable awnings provide plenty of shade. The large kitchen is fully applianced and stocked and has a high-top with multiple chairs. TVs in every room. The neighborhood is very quiet, no traffic, yet multiple restaurants and all the shops are within a 20-minute drive.The beach is walkable on one side, and a 10-15 ride to the State beach on the other side. Really, it could not have been better. We loved it.
Everything needed for a relaxing day at the pool!
The pool is huge, clean - and heated!

House is beautiful. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The patio area is big and spacious. Some issues with basic appliances working. Biggest issue that really detracted from our stay were the ticks. They were everywhere on the pickleball court.

We had an amazing time here. We celebrated a bachelorette and the pool & hot tub were so nice and having the outdoor shower to rinse off in after was perfect. We also had a bbq day and used the grill which was awesome as an addition to the space. Very spacious inside with plenty of room to spread out and plenty of showers and bathrooms. We loved the large seating space too so that we could all hang out together. We would definitely be back!!

Amazing getaway

We had an Alton time there with family and friends. House is very spacious and comfortable also for larger groups with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Kitchen is greatly equipped with nothing missing for cooking in. Pool, tennis, hot tub, pickle ball and basketball was great for the kids. Never a dull moment. Lovely Property and Great Location

Situated on a quiet dead end road, the house affords privacy and tranquility (three deer strolled through on our first morning) but also easy access to town and all the necessities. It's location makes it an ideal base from which to explore both the South and North Forks. The layout of the house with a large, central living room and two bedrooms downstairs meant that our party of 8 never felt crowded. We loved the bright and spacious kitchen with its long peninsula, perfect for family breakfasts together. The backyard is an oasis, with plenty of seating options around the beautiful saltwater pool and abundant sunshine. Although we could only stay four nights, we made sure to take advantage of all it had to offer. The siting of the tennis/pickleball courts over a slight incline keeps them easily accessible but mutes the sound enough such that those enjoying the pool area are not disrupted by the noise of ball on paddle. Should we find ourselves traveling out east on the Island again, we will definitely check to see if the house is available.

Family oasis in Hampton Bays

Perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Three generations enjoyed all of the amenities especially pool, hot tub and tennis/basketball courts. Indoor had ample space as well. There was enough room for nine of us to eat dinner or watch movies together while having 5 bedrooms and 4 baths made sure everyone had their own space too. Location was great. Even the dog enjoyed early morning walks to the bay. Large grill and outdoor shower were bonuses. A well-equipped kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Host was very responsive. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

A++ Property in Hampton Bays!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic house in Hampton Bays, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. This hidden gem offered everything we could have ever wished for, making our experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we stepped foot in the property until the end of our stay, we were thoroughly impressed. The first thing that caught our eye was the stunning outdoor area. The pool, tennis court, and jacuzzi provided endless entertainment for both adults and kids. We spent countless hours playing tennis, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Additionally, it was only an 8 minute walk to the bay. One of the highlights of this property was its ideal location. It was close to everything we needed, from grocery stores to restaurants and local attractions. The privacy and tranquility of the neighborhood were a bonus, providing a sense of seclusion and allowing us to enjoy some downtime away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rental process was seamless, and the property manager was accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we required to make our vacation extraordinary.

Best House for Group of People

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful and welcoming home! The accommodations were superb in every way. We didn’t need to bring anything-the sheets and towels were top of the line and the kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. The host was available with quick responses to any question and very accommodating. We had the BEST time and highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Amazing house!

This house was perfect!! My friends and I came for a girls trip and everything about it was amazing. The location was awesome, close to wineries. And we even did goat yoga!! The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were so much fun to use. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful property, peaceful locale

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Anna was very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Beautiful home, we got much use out of the pool, tennis, basketball, and beach. Many of our vacationers did have difficulty with the "smart" nature of the home, but eventually acclimated as the week went on.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this Hampton Bays getaway. The house has alot of amenities that added to a fun and relaxing time. Our host was very responsive. Checkin & out process was easy! Location was close to shopping center, transportation as well as additional activities. We went to the aquarium one rainy day. I highly recommend! :)

Wonderful vacation

The house is stunning. The best equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms and living spaces are light airy and comfortable. The pool and the outdoor spaces are everything you could ask for. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. Just a wonderful time was had by alll. Thanks again Anna.

Great vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything - great kitchen, grill, pool and hot tub. The yard is beautiful, very private, and well maintained and also includes a tennis court. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together and we had plenty of beds for everyone. The location is close to farmers market, fish store, grocery store, and food take out options. The bay beach is a short walk from the house and the ocean beach is an easy drive. I highly recommend this location, and thank Anna (our host) who was very helpful and responsive!
