Great rental with a heated pool in the Hamptons, sleeps 8! Modern home, heated pool, fenced yard. Child-friendly and with tons of amenities for you to enjoy, including 2 bikes to explore the area (and a child bike seat). Pool usually opens in May through end of September, but please ask if you plan to come at a different time.

South of the highway and close to all restaurants, stores and beaches in Hampton Bays. Easy to reach from the city, and central hub to explore the Hamptons and the North Fork alike.

Come enjoy our corner of paradise! No pets (sorry, owner has allergies), no smoking. For Fall/Winter, we prefer to limit reservations to 6 guests given that most of the time will be spent indoor.

- 3 bedrooms (2 King, + playpen/travel crib also available for kids)

All amenities are set up for guests to use: smart TV, portable SONOS sound system that you can bring indoor and outdoor, children and pool toys, washer dryer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine and more!

Guests have access to the entire property. Parking on property is available, the driveway comfortably fits 3-4 cars. Guests are welcome to use our bikes, including one with child bike seat!
