Welcome to Sagebrush Villa at Peppertree Lane Ranch -- your personal farmhouse-style getaway in the heart of Temecula Wine Country!

Peppertree Lane Ranch is a 7-acre guest ranch in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country. In the center of the property are the Villas -- a rustic ranch-style inn with gorgeous stonework throughout, surrounded by gentle rolling hills. The Villas building houses four private guest suites with a shared lobby space.

The wineries of Palumbo and Lorenzi are our immediate neighbors, and with gated access to a vineyard trail, a number of major wineries are a short walk away, including Bottaia, Wiens, Ponte, South Coast, and Monte de Oro.

Wake each morning to the sight of hot-air balloons filling the skies, and raise a glass while watching the sunset over the neighboring vineyards.

Sagebrush Villa at Peppertree Lane Ranch is decorated tastefully with upscale rustic ranch décor with beautiful indoor/outdoor space to help you unwind.


More details:

-- Located in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country, surrounded by vineyards, immediately between Palumbo and Lorenzi and within walking distance (on the vineyard trails) from several of the major Rancho California wineries.

-- Situated on a quiet, gated 7-acre guest ranch with trails and roads you’re free to explore and enjoy.

-- Featuring "The Ring," a communal space on the Ranch where you can enjoy park-style charcoal grills, picnic tables (with shade umbrellas), a wood-burning firepit with seating, hammocks, a bocce court, and corn hole boards. Charcoal, wood, and grill/firepit tools are provided.

-- The back patio of the Villas is set up for quiet relaxation, offer two living-room style seating areas with couches, chairs, and tables for enjoying coffee, wine, hot air balloon viewing, and the peaceful Temecula Valley landscape. Each of the two areas features a wood-burning fireplace for the cool evenings. (Wood is provided.)

-- Each villa features an electric fireplace, a 55-inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix, a mini-fridge, a king bed with Nectar mattress, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan.

-- The spacious bathroom features custom stone shower, double sinks, and is supplied with soaps, shampoos, lotions and backup supplies for any toiletries you may have forgotten.

-- A shared lobby for the four Villa suites feature a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, electric kettle, and board games.

-- A house iPad containing a detailed guidebook for the Villa, the Ranch, and the local area. (We will also send you a link to our guidebook before your arrival so you can plan your visit.)

-- Keyless smart locks for contactless check-in and easy entry/exit. Each guest is assigned a unique code.

-- A Queen sized sleeper sofa that can accommodate an extra guest or two children.

This property is even better than it looks from the description. We felt like we were on a farm thousands of miles away from the city. Everything about the villa reflected thoughtfulness in decor, amenities, and comfort. If we could have taken the bed home, we would have—so comfortable. Sunset from the outdoor patio was lovely. Everything was clean and organized and made us feel at home! Definitely coming back! Thank you to the owners for the everything.

Everything was lovely. Clean, quite and nearly new. Clearly these hosts care about the comfort of every guest. We have a ranch so a short gravel road was not a problem for us. Only thing that might make leftovers better is a small microwave. Best Jo Ann and Bill Until we return

Tranquility in Temecula

PepperTree Lane Ranch is everything it says it is in the overview. It's about as close to perfect as I think you can get! The rooms are spacious & have amazing views. The beds & linens are comfortable. The amenities provided are 5 Star / 1st Class! Everything is crisp & clean. I love that the windows are spotless. So many times I've been to a hotel with a fantastic view & the windows are so dirty you can't even see through them. Not here! Communication with the host was great. We had a little difficulty with the TV & they responded immediately with assistance. There are so many nice activities to spend time with & great space for walking. Plus lots of great wineries are just minutes away.

Shawn and Shakeh are the property owners and they were great hosts. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Their place is soooo comfortable and luxurious. Everything you need to know in order to have a great stay and leverage the full extent of offerings from the property was well communicated. The offerings were tremendous and included a separate game room and the Ring. The Ring is an area outside the Villa which has a fire pit, bbq grills, picnic tables, bocci ring, and corn-hole. There was access to vineyard walking trails from the property. First time I have ever taken a long hike through and around vineyards. This was great! The bedding and linens are first class and they have thought of everything a guest would want or need. As an example, there was even a small flashlight in the nightstand drawer. We just loved this place along with the friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely come back.

What A Vacation Rental Should Be!

Simply put, this is one of the best managed, most well thought out vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at (we typical use vacation rentals 6 times a year). From the moment you enter the property, you know you’re in for a treat. The directions and signage were very helpful, as this is a larger property. The Villas are easy to access, because the owner was so communicative and helpful. Entering from the patio side, we quickly realized this wasn’t your typical rental. The space was very clean and the common area was well stocked with thoughtful items most would find helpful. Once in the room, we saw a bottle of wine, from our favorite winery, along with branded glasses and a lovely note. The room is spacious and beyond comfortable. There are crystal clear directions throughout the space and everything was in order. Further, when an owner thinks of small details, such as robes, hangers (should be mandatory) some basic bath items and a well stocked coffee bar - the experience is instantly elevated. In fact, our friend’s wife, who saw our space, was jealous they had booked their stay someplace else! Without a doubt, my wife and I will be staying there again and will recommend Peppertee without hesitation!

Hidden Gem in the Vineyards

Five stars to this hidden gem!! We took a chance on this place as there were no online reviews and we are so happy we did! Turns out they just opened the villas and we were their first guests. We stayed in the Sagebrush Villa. It was so beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in the design, decorating and amenities blew us away. The villa is spacious, and has its own fireplace, Keurig and Nespresso machines, small fridge, and a lovely sitting area. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Now let’s talk about the shower. It is a walk in completely made of stone with incredible water pressure. We hated to leave the shower. The villa is one of 4 off of a common area…again extremely well appointed. Then outside there is a lovely patio area with 2 fireplaces and lots of seating. And that’s not all! Further down there is an area to sit, play corn hole or bocce. And as promised, every morning we woke up at 5:45 to watch hot air balloons grace the sky. One balloon came so close to us that I was talking with the guests in the basket and found out they had just gotten engaged. What a treat! We also loved the keyless entry system (used a code), the winery suggestions (Lorenzi is our new favorite!), and the treats (chocorooms) are addictive! In addition, management was very responsive to any of our questions. We hope to return many times now that we’re retired and traveling whenever we can.

Our second stay was just as good as the first!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We typically like to try new places, but this one was too good to not stay again. The attention to detail is spot-on, the communication with the owners was terrific, and the ranch is beautiful. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Beautiful getaway!

This property is gorgeous and so charming! I highly recommend it for a lovely getaway with just your significant other, but also see how this place would be fabulous for a group of friends to gather and stay in all the villas or cottage. We stayed in the Sagebrush Villa and loved it. The personal amenities were a great touch and thought through, the owners were communicative, and the process for getting inside was easy. Views were lovely. If you happen to go when there is rain, just bring a pair of shoes you don't mind getting a little muddy (the grounds are hard-packed dirt, but with enough rain can get muddy in some spots). This DID NOT take away from the beauty of this place, though. The location is also close and convenient to the wineries of Temecula. We are already looking at our calendar to find a time to go back!

Everything about this property is beautiful. It is very quiet and our villa had wood and stone flooring, a stone shower and the decor is fresh and modern. The property has many mature trees and several outdoor areas for playing games, having a fire and just enjoying being outside. The owners were very attentive to the questions I had. Very enjoyable stay I’ll be staying there again in the future.

The property was amazing! I can’t say enough about the area the property sits on so beautiful and peaceful! The room was Beautiful and clean! Easy check in! The hosts were very accommodating with our time schedule. Absolutely loved our stay! We won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Temecula.

Girls Trip

It was perfect for our girls wine tasting trip! We loved the shower and the proximity to wineries. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the hot air balloons in the morning.

Excellence is what you’ll find....from the well appointed rooms and exquisite building and back patio...to the beautiful surroundings of vineyards in each direction (where each morning the hot air balloons embark upon their journey skyward....exciting to watch at such a close proximity). The communication with Shawn and Shakeh was impeccable....people who truly care about their guests and touch base throughout your stay to ensure you have everything you need. Special touches they provided, such as the welcome gift of a fabulous bottle of wine & complimentary wine glasses & tote, were wonderful and made us feel incredibly valued upon our arrival. Can not wait to come back and stay here again!
