This 2 Bed 1.5 Bath Townhome is next to the massive Spooky Nook parking lot which fills up fast and charges $$$ per vehicle. Don't fight the traffic jams into and out of the area - at Champion Hill Townhome you are literally feet from the entrance and will enjoy free garage and driveway parking.

Better than a hotel, this fully equipped Townhome sleeps 6, 2 Queen Beds and a Full pull out couch. Washer / Dryer and stocked kitchen included.

This unit is within walking distance or a short drive to all of Hamilton's bars, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy Marcum Park, Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park, and the Fitton Art Center. Convenient central location for Kings Island, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Miami University. Beautiful home. Very quiet area. Nice decorative touches to make our stay complete. Parking was great for luggage loading and unloading. The host was top notch.

My wife and I were here on a work trip. We are very familiar with the area, as we have had other VRBO rentals, in the past. Parking is basically for 1 vehicle, but if you have a small car, it will fit in the garage. The place was perfectly reviewed and spot-on! We will book this property again, if in the area!

Great place!

Great stay very clean place and comfortable would definitely stay again!..could be loud for noise sensitive people but wasnt an issue for rest of my crew.

Very cozy stay! The townhome had everything you need. Felt like home vs staying in a hotel. I loved how close and convenient it was to Spooky Nook. We were able to walk back and forth to our basketball games. Also the property wasn’t far from local dining as well! I would stay here again if we ever needed to go back for future games.

Excellent, Clean, Cozy and walking distance to Spooky Nook

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. The place was clean, exactly as described, communication was superb. The breakfast goodies were much appreciated. Will definiteky book again once our schedule comes out.

Great property, wonderful amenities and super hosts

We just loved our stay here. The hosts were easy to get ahold of with any questions we had. They responded very quickly. The property was in beautiful shape. Clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely little touches with snacks, bottled water and sweet treats! Would definitely stay here again

The property is as described and pictured. Nisa, has paid attention to details. We were happy with our stay. It is adjacent to Spooky nook, for those who need a place to stay for that. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

Am spoiled for tournament lodging

This lovely little home was clean and well cared for. We were very comfortable with great beds, laundry and our own kitchen pre stocked with food. I will definitely come here again for our next tournament. The other parents were jealous of us for how close we were to the venue. Thanks!!!

Would Stay Again!

I really liked this property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The house was stocked with necessities and the hosts even left sweet treats! The property was very clean and felt homey. I will say (this is out of the owners control but worth noting), we seemed to be close to a train station which was somewhat loud throughout the night so keep that in mind when booking if you are a light sleeper! However, I would definitely stay again.

PERFECT!

We loved our stay at this home! The hosts were so thoughtful, stocking the fridge with the most perfect essentials to keep a busy mom and teenage boys on track with snacks and caffeine :) We hit the tiniest of snags when the AC quit, but the hosts were kind, and quick, and everything was back running by the end of the day. We were in town for Miami orientation and move-in, and will definitely be back for next visit with kiddo.

Perfect hosts

Our stay here was perfect for my sons’s basketball tournament at spooky Nook. Our walk was actually closer than our teammates who stayed at the warehouse hotel. My favorite amenity was the food and goodies left for us. So nice to wake up the first morning after a late arrival and already have coffee and several different creamers, eggs, fruit, croissants, and a 6 pack of water! Communication was great with the hosts and the place was spotless. We were more than comfortable! Highly recommend!

Lovely place

Unlike having just one room in a hotel, we enjoyed having the extra space & rooms. It was clean and the property manager was quick with answers to our questions. The only draw-back was not having a tv in either one of the bedrooms upstairs. Oh and someone mowing the lawn at 10pm!?! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it was nice having the little extra ‘gifts’ of food left for us.

Nice condo

Apt was very nice. If the weather was nice it would have been good to walk to town. If you are involved with Spooky Nook it is right there.The only negative was that one of the nights the neighbors were loud.

Great Townhouse in Hamilton

We were in town for some soccer games. The place was perfect for what we needed: easy access to the soccer park, clear instructions for check in and thoughtful touches such as fresh muffins, cold beverages and plenty of extra towels and household supplies. If we make it back to Hamilton, we would definitely consider staying again.
