Renovated 2BR, 2BA Near All Attractions - Hypoallergenic Dogs OK w/Approval

Have not updated photos yet, but both bathrooms and master bedroom have been fully renovated! Adorable two bedroom end unit located just off Mountain Road (first building at Mountainside resort condos) with plenty of parking. Hypoallergenic dogs OK with approval. Walk to the Stowe Recreation Path, the Alchemist, and many restaurants. Ten minutes to skiing. Enjoy the Balloon Festival with front row seats. Master bedroom has a queen bed and master bathroom. Second bedroom with two twin beds, and a second bathroom. Nicely furnished with character. Great open space living room, dining room and updated kitchen with a see-through gas fireplace. A washer and dryer are This condo is part of a two-story, six-unit building within Mountainside and is on the first floor.

This condo is in one of the three newer Mountainside buildings. Enjoy skiing, mountain biking, a stroll or bike on the Rec Path, and all Stowe has to offer! Walk-out to your private deck and lawn with fabulous views of the Worcester range. Private entry with lockable ski locker and comfortable place to sit and remove boots or shoes. Mountain bike storage available. On-site indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts (with Pickleball lines), and playground. Short 10 minutes door to door to Stowe Mountain Resort or a short walk to the bus route, but we recommend a car to explore all that Stowe has to offer. Half-mile to Pinnacle Sports to rent mountain bikes. The Alchemist brewery (Heady Topper beer fame), Stowe Farmers Market, Piecasso, Idletyme (brewery and eatery), Edelweiss deli and store, PK Coffee, and the State Liquor Outlet are all a short walk away. Come enjoy Stowe!! Note: Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to a single PFAS reading over recommended levels in 2024. The owner has proactively addressed this issue by installing PFAS filters on all sinks. Water is also available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Mountainside is in the process of hooking up to town water with completion August 2025.

Very cozy condo!

Very cozy condo, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for enjoying all of the activities in Stowe. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, dishes-all you need if you are cooking in. Communication with the owner was very easy and they were accessible to answer all questions. Would highly recommend.

Crash pad for Stowe Derby

We raced in the Stowe Derby and stayed for 2 nights at this condo. It was one of the cleanest condos I've ever stayed at! The kitchen was well equipped and there were many little details which showed that the owners care very much for their property. Owner Deb was very responsive when we had a question. Great location! Would recommend.

We had a great stay in Stowe! The condo is super clean and the owners were very communicative. The location is perfect! they also had nice extras like spices, olive oil, and ample cooking utensils and supplies.

Perfect location

Really nice condo in the perfect location. Close to Stowe and a ton of restaurants/stores and just 20 minutes from Smugglers Notch resort. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view for your morning coffee. Deb is super fast to respond and really easy to work with. I will be booking with her again!

Clean and Cozy Condo

We rented this condo as a base for a short ski/snowboard trip and it was excellent. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a little bit of a walk to the bus stop, but wasn't bad. This condo gave us great value staying in Stowe during the ski season. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, very comfortable, great beds. Kitchen had all we needed. Patio was much bigger than the picture. We had a family emergency and had to leave early, would love to come back. Stowe is a great spot

Excellent Stay At Stowe

The condo was clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed from soap and shampoo in the showers to a well stocked kitchen. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Easy access to the slopes. Right across the street from The Alchemist brewery and in the heart of the Stowe restaurant district. The owner was very quick to reply to questions I had. I'd definitely stay here again.

Best 30th birthday celebration ever

My son and I enjoyed celebrating his 30th birthday in Stowe, VT, especially in this lovely condo. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and the unit was well appointed. We couldn’t help but venture out to some of the local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great condo, close to everything

We had a great time at this property. Everything about the property was accurately listed in the description. The owners kept us well informed. Plenty of parking right out front. It was clean and very cozy. We were able to walk to a couple breweries, a cidery, restaurants and shops. Amazing hiking was close by. Bike and running trail right out front. We will definitely return.

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Stowe. Deb was great with communication. We saw tons of wildlife from the condo and were close to many hikes and sites. We really liked Idletyme and Laughing Moon Chocolates. We had so much fun learning how to blow glass at Little River Hot Glass Studio. Some of our favorite hikes were Sterling Pond, Mount Mansfield, Moss Glen, and Bingham Falls. The beds and linens were very comfortable.

July Stowe vaca

Condo is in a great location between Stowe village and Mt Mansfield. The Mountain View from condo deck is lovely. We were surprised by the number of stairs in and out. We rented a ground level condo to avoid stairs and it turned out that the second level in the building was ground level.

Wonderful location on the mountain!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the quick response to emails or texts, and the helpful information provided in advance, such as the suggestion to make reservations early for dinner out. Beautiful area and I would love to return someday! One thing to note, since the unit is ground level, we did not expect a flight of stairs to get from the parking area to our unit. If someone in your party had difficulty with stairs, this would be a consideration.

Nice but noisy

Our unit was basically a basement unit, though on the "first floor". It smelled musty but was very clean. We called the manager due to loud neighbors/kids above us and she called that owner but the noise continue ued for 2 days. She did her best.

Nice space in a great location!

The condo was a comfortable, well maintained place to stay for our family of 3 and had a great location for a getaway mostly centered around biking/hiking. It was easy to roll out the door to endless low-traffic roads, trails and the Stowe rec path (accessible a short distance away). We appreciated receiving lots of helpful info from the owners as well, both in the form of a comprehensive binder, and in "how to" notes in the condo for those things that never work quite the same as what you are used to at home (remotes for one!). Views were lovely as stated, too. Also must mention big appreciation for how Deb and Phil responded to the one issue we did have. Through no fault of theirs, we were caught up in a major leak when a pipe burst in an upstairs unit. As soon as they were aware, Deb and Phil immediately made it a priority to address the issue. And when it became clear it was going to take some time to get everything dried out, they did not hesitate to offer us an alternative place to stay for our remaining nights. In the end, our expectations for a positive resolution we exceeded, and it was clear the owners were committed to ensuring we had the best possible experience.

We have rented a number of properties through VRBO, including an apartment over our main house garage and this unit at Mountainside. We are local and therefore can provide a lot of information and suggestions on what to do during when you're here!
