Renovated 2BR, 2BA Near All Attractions - Hypoallergenic Dogs OK w/Approval

Two bedroom/two bathroom (renovated bathrooms and master bedroom completed December '25) end unit located just off Mountain Road (first building at Mountainside resort condos) with plenty of parking. Hypoallergenic dogs OK with approval. Walk to the Stowe Recreation Path, the Alchemist, and many restaurants. Ten minutes to skiing. Master bedroom has a queen bed and brand new master bathroom. Second bedroom with two twin beds, and a second brand new bathroom. Nicely furnished with character. Great open space living room, dining room and updated kitchen with a see-through gas fireplace. Includes a washer and dryer. This condo is part of a two-story, six-unit building within Mountainside and is on the first floor, one flight of stairs down from the entrance.

This condo is in one of the three newer Mountainside buildings. Enjoy skiing, mountain biking, a stroll or bike on the Rec Path, and all Stowe has to offer! Walk-out to your private deck and lawn with fabulous views of the Worcester range. Private entry with lockable ski locker and comfortable place to sit and remove boots or shoes. Mountain bike storage available. On-site indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts (with Pickleball lines), and playground. Short 10 minutes door to door to Stowe Mountain Resort or a short walk to the bus route, but we recommend a car to explore all that Stowe has to offer. Half-mile to Pinnacle Sports to rent mountain bikes. The Alchemist brewery (Heady Topper beer fame), Stowe Farmers Market, Piecasso, Idletyme (brewery and eatery), Edelweiss deli and store, PK Coffee, and the State Liquor Outlet are all a short walk away. Come enjoy Stowe!! Note: Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to a single PFAS reading over recommended levels in 2024. The owner has proactively addressed this issue by installing PFAS filters on all sinks. Water is also available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Mountainside is in the process of hooking up to town water with completion Spring 2026.

Very clean property. They provided a pack and play for our son. The kitchen was well stocked with spices & things to cook with. Bedding was nice lots of clean towels and washcloths to use. The beds were a little hard/uncomfortable, and you do have to walk down two flights of stairs to get in to the property, but other than those two things, it was an excellent stay. The hosts communicated well and often & left us a sweet note, coffee, and Vermont maple syrup which was a nice touch. The WiFi was not great and we have T-Mobile, so be prepared to not have super great service if you have T-Mobile as well. It’s in a great location. I also was appreciative of the washer/dryer combo in the unit. Overall would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The views were absolutely stunning and made it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Vermont. It was obvious the hosts take great pride in their property—everything was thoughtfully prepared and in excellent condition. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, making check-in and the entire stay effortless. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip to Stowe and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Deb and Phil were great hosts. The check-in details and recommendations provided were on point. This is a great location for families or others who want to experience Stowe. You can see the edge of the Alchemist parking lot from the back deck. It’s right down the street from downtown shops/restaurants and you can hop on the Stowe rec path close by. Location is super quiet. Folks at the complex were really considerate. No loud partying or disturbances of any kind. We had our dog with us so it was really nice to be able to walk out the back slider and not have to go up and down stairs for pee breaks. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and considerate host and excellent property! Unit is very clean, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, good lighting and stable temperature throughout all spaces - everything was as described. We especially appreciated that the host has stocked the unit so it’s like you’re staying at a friend’s place (not a bare condo) with toiletries, cooking utensils and appliances, spices, etc. Host made our visit easy and enjoyable - we look forward to staying again next time we’re in Stowe!

Absolutely loved our stay!! Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Fully stocked with everything we needed and the proximity to town is nice for walking to dinner. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay in Stowe! The condo is super clean and the owners were very communicative. The location is perfect! they also had nice extras like spices, olive oil, and ample cooking utensils and supplies.

Very cozy condo!

Very cozy condo, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for enjoying all of the activities in Stowe. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, dishes-all you need if you are cooking in. Communication with the owner was very easy and they were accessible to answer all questions. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Really nice condo in the perfect location. Close to Stowe and a ton of restaurants/stores and just 20 minutes from Smugglers Notch resort. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view for your morning coffee. Deb is super fast to respond and really easy to work with. I will be booking with her again!

Clean and Cozy Condo

We rented this condo as a base for a short ski/snowboard trip and it was excellent. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a little bit of a walk to the bus stop, but wasn't bad. This condo gave us great value staying in Stowe during the ski season. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very responsive and the place was well maintained and clean. There is a full flight of stairs that must be walked down to access the unit that wasn’t real clear in the description and can be a challenge in ski equipment. Lastly, the heating system makes very loud popping sounds every time it turns on throughout the whole unit. Loud enough to wake you up. The boiler system needs maintenance to remove air from the lines.

So very glad you enjoyed your stay, the gift basket we provided and the newly renovated bathrooms and master bedroom. I am sorry to hear you heard noises from the heating system. As you likely saw, the boiler is also brand new. I have to say, we have not had a single comment like yours either before or after your stay. (Please see previous reviews). I so wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have addressed the situation immediately. We pride ourselves in our five star reviews and strive to maintain that rating. Beautiful location, very comfortable, great beds. Kitchen had all we needed. Patio was much bigger than the picture. We had a family emergency and had to leave early, would love to come back. Stowe is a great spot

Crash pad for Stowe Derby

We raced in the Stowe Derby and stayed for 2 nights at this condo. It was one of the cleanest condos I've ever stayed at! The kitchen was well equipped and there were many little details which showed that the owners care very much for their property. Owner Deb was very responsive when we had a question. Great location! Would recommend.

We have rented a number of properties through VRBO, including an apartment over our main house garage and this unit at Mountainside. We are local and therefore can provide a lot of information and suggestions on what to do during when you're here!
