DETAILS: A Little Salty, a Seagrove Beach home, sleeps 12 in a luxurious 5–bedroom, 5.5–bathroom home in the heart of 30A. Guests will enjoy a large private pool with a sun shelf, 3 spacious porches, quick access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and Publix grocery store.

A small front porch welcomes guests to A Little Salty. Stepping inside, guests will find a bedroom with a king bed, and private bathroom with shower to the left, and a stairway to the right. A hall leads to a spacious and inviting living area with an open kitchen and dining space. Layers of rich textures, like tables carved from tree roots, nubby cotton throws, horn chandeliers, decorative clay pots, and woven baskets, create visual interest throughout A Little Salty. Dark wood floors and exposed ceiling beams balance a bright, airy kitchen with marble countertops, premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a side-by-side double oven. A dramatic beaded chandelier offsets a dining table with seating for 8. In the living area, 2 cozy sofas and artful bent-wood chairs surround a gas brick fireplace with a flat-screen TV. Glass doors open onto a porch with a porch bed swing, chairs, and an outdoor dining table. Steps lead down to a large pool and pool deck area with a fire pit, gas grill, and lounge chairs. Guests with young children will appreciate the pool’s ample sun shelf.

A primary bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has an old-world feel thanks to an exposed painted brick wall and arched shiplap ceiling. Glass doors open to a private porch with views of the pool below. Woven rattan rockers at the foot of the bed face a wet bar and a hanging barn door that slides open to reveal a spacious bathroom with separate vanities, a soaking tub with porch views, and a glass-enclosed shower with built-in benches. A guest bedroom has an arched shiplap ceiling, access to a private front porch, king bed, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower.
