Our house with private pool is located in the heart of the village of Joucas.
It is located in a dominant position and has a breathtaking view of the Luberon plain from the terrace, the pool and the house. Its private pool open from June to September is out of sight and discreetly offers an exceptional moment of relaxation.
The house is composed of a main building and two annexes rented together for your large family or friends.

The main building of the property has:
-A fully equipped kitchen (fridge and oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher).
-A bright living room with three sofas and a dining table. There is access to a terrace in the shade of a mulberry tree with a view of the Luberon.
Upstairs:
• A large bedroom (a 180cm x 190cm bed) and an office area that can accommodate a baby cot (travel cot not provided).
• A bedroom with two separate beds of 90cm x 200cm (joined if necessary) ideal for children with the possibility of a third bed 90 x 190 (on request).
• A bedroom with a bed of 140cm x 190cm.
• The three bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.
Annex 1 consists of a large bedroom (two beds of 90cm x 200cm joined together if necessary) with bathroom (walk-in shower) and WC.
Annex 2 consists of two bedrooms:
-1 bedroom (three beds of 90cm x 190cm) with its shower room.
-1 bedroom (one bed 140 x 190) with shower room.
-A separate toilet shared by these two rooms.
By the pool on deckchairs facing the Luberon, a fully equipped summer kitchen (fridge, hob, dishwasher and washing machine) and a large covered terrace for your meals (plancha available). Large table that can accommodate 12 people.
Swimming pool (4mx8m) from June. Do not leave your children unattended near the pool because even with the alarm and the 40cm wall and its gates, it is absolutely necessary to supervise the children!

We do not live on site. If you have the slightest question, we are there. Either by email or by phone. In case of concern, we are very responsive and we have a person nearby who can make himself available.
