I do not wish to rent my main house for festive events other than bachelorette / bachelorette party. baby shower/ gender reveal or birthday (light) without nuisance.
Weddings and engagements that cause too much nuisance to the neighborhood are no longer accepted.

FORBIDDEN:
NO DJs or bringing speakers (the music must be played by the TV in the living room in order to be channeled inside)
Out of respect for my neighbors NO NOISE POLLUTION outside (day and night).
No smoke bombs, firecrackers, rockets or fireworks, or confetia
No smoking inside the house
No shoes upstairs.

A deposit of €2,000 per secure bank imprint is required for the stay.
A secure link will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. This is a simple bank pre-authorisation: no amount is debited.
The imprint will be automatically released within 72 hours of your departure, as long as no damage is noted and the internal rules and the peace of the neighbourhood have been respected.
In the event of damage, only the amount corresponding to the damage observed can be debited.

Our house is first and foremost our family cocoon, the one in which we live with my daughters. We have tastefully decorated it, furnished it and furnished it with quality equipment so that you can feel as good as we do.

Provided: bed linen which is changed between each booking and towels (30x50cm); salt & pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments for bbq
Not provided: shower gel and shampoo, travel cot or bb bed, coffee (bring bean coffee or tassimo pod)

You can park your vehicles (8 vehicles) in the courtyard of our house

The heating is automated: the first floor is at 20 degrees and the bedrooms at 18 degrees.

BBQ: bring back the fuel (charcoal or gas bottle)
