Maison Marie is a completely renovated 18th century mansion, located in La Varenne Saint-Hilaire, a residential area of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, twenty-five minutes from Paris by RER A.

The property unites three buildings in a walled garden. The main house has eight bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom, a large living room, a dining room, a family kitchen and a professional kitchen, a bar, a billiard room and a cinema room. The first annex adds two bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed and shared bathroom, as well as an equipped meeting room. The second annex houses a gym, a massage room and a barbecue area.

The garden includes a heated swimming pool, a terrace with a large outdoor table, garden furniture and a children's playground. The private parking lot, located on the property, accommodates six cars.

The house is suitable for extended family stays, groups of friends and team stays. It is managed by a team that can be reached daily from 9 am to 6 pm, who arrange a chef at home, cleaning during the stay, a massage or the preparation of the meeting room on request.

Parties and parties are not allowed. The swimming pool is heated from May to September. Pets are allowed under conditions, upon prior request. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
