Long Beach #305- Beachfront Condo!

This Fully renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath beachfront vacation rental condo at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach sleeps 2 in the master bedroom and includes a sleeper sofa for 2 more guest in the den. The oversized balcony of Tower 3 unit 305 has access from the den and the master bedroom and the pub height adirondack chairs will become your favorite relaxation spot to watch the sun rise or the sun set as the waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico.

Long Beach Resort is located on Front Beach Road and has been selected as a "Top Destination" for PCB vacationers for years! Long Beach Resort is within walking distance of Waffle House, Wal-mart, McDonald's, Hungry Howie's Pizza, Pineapple Willy's, CVS, Dipping Dots, Beach Pizza, Coyote Ugly and other shops and restaurants. The Lagoon Pool at the complex and the Tiki Hut snack bar is a great feature for food and drinks during your relaxing pool day.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach. 1 car allowed with rental.

CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER: Long Beach Resort will have variable construction taking place across the resort from August 2025 to March 2026. From 1/5/2026-3/13/2026, this unit's balcony will be closed and unusable. The Tower 2/3 pool will be closed from 10/20/2025-1/2/2026. The Tower 3/4 pool will be closed from 8/18/2025-10/31/2025

Wonderful stay. We have stayed here several times and it has always been great. The facility and pools are frriendly and well maintained and the recently remodeled gym was very nice. Views are terrific and its always a debate on whether we should go to the beach or just hang out on the balcony.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our time staying at this condo! We always enjoy staying at Long Beach resort rentals and this one was amazing! Beautiful, clean condo with amazing views and close proximity to everything we love!

Great condo

Newly remodeled, very nice place with a great view, the care taker is a very good guy. We were there during hurricane helene he called to make sure we knew the weather was coming in and that we were ok. Overall great experience. Even saved his number for our next booking.

Very nice place

Me and my wife really like the unit and the property. Pools are nice for sure. Not the owners issue but it would be nice if the property would bring back the gym... but nevertheless our stays here have been event free with plenty of dishes and cookware too. Will stay here again i am sure

AMAZING!

This condo was clean and updated. The balcony was huge. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was incredible. The area is nice. The pools are such a vibe. overall such a great place to stay.

Love LBR!

We enjoyed our stay! Overall the listing was just as advertised. In my opinion, it wasn’t as comfortable as other places I’ve stayed (bed was really firm, couch was not comfy, bedding was basic) but it was correct to the listing. I also think for the price, rental chairs should’ve been included.

Wonderful vacation spot

This beautifully remodeled condo is in one of our favorite beach areas in PCB! This place was full of light and tastefully decorated. It had modern updates that included a wonderful walk-in-shower with a built-in bench and double shower heads!! The dressing room included a double sink ( love that!) as well as a full length mirror- always appreciated! The washer and dryer worked well, as did the refrigerator/ ice maker! We made use of the blender for frozen drinks… worked wonderfully!! One of our favorite things was sitting on the big balcony in the high-top chairs, so you can easily see over the railing! The 3rd floor view was perfect for all the spectacular ocean activities, including dolphin watching. I was surprised that we never had to wait very long for an elevator, being as populated as it was. The parking is open to park wherever and we were always able to easily find a good spot. The area is close to the ST. Andrews state park, which we love taking the shuttle over to Shell Island. There are many local restaurants, groceries, liquor and souvenirs close by, most within walking distance! We loved our stay and would definitely like to come back for more!! Cannot recommend it enough!♥️

Great Quick Getaway!

Love the space on the beach. Perfect location to the spots we like to visit. Only issue was only 1 elevator working.

Home away from home

2nd time staying here so that says a lot. My wife and I stayed here a year ago and loved it so much we decided to come back to the same condo this year. Check in was almost effortless. Nice and comfy and love the large screen TVs. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great but we had to cut things short

It was not listed but it was great to find a washer and dryer in the unit. everything else was great except the sofa sleeper. Since my friend and I have a platonic relationship I took the sofa bed. It was more like a torture rack for your back. so it would be a great place for two people who are sleeping together
