Come and stay with family or friends in our beautiful renovated 130 m² Neo-Breton house, in the town of Primelin in Cap Sizun.
It is located less than a kilometer from a beautiful sandy beach, the Trez Goarem and the GR34, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.
You will find several activities in the region such as surfing, fishing, canoeing or several hiking trails to do from the house.
The house is located by car 10 minutes from the city of Audierne, 15 minutes from the Pointe du Raz and 10 minutes from the Baie des Trépassés.
You have a supermarket in the town of Primelin as well as many restaurants and creperies in the surrounding area.
The house is located in a very quiet and noise-free environment, with a small sea view from the upstairs bedrooms.

The south-facing accommodations are composed as follows:

- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190).

Outside:
- A beautiful fully enclosed garden of about 2,000 m², surrounding the house.
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.

- Access to the washing machine is from outside the house.
- Non-smoking rental inside.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean household appliances after use as well as empty garbage cans.
