Across the street from the beach. you can hear the waves. This Apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen items, linens, towels, beach towels, and two beach chairs. Central Air Conditioning. (Access to shared free laundry) Restaurants and grocery stores nearby (Publix 1 mile). Multiple public beach and River areas within a few miles and world class fishing is only 14 miles away at the Sebastian Inlet. WIFI, TVs with Roku (you can use the Roku to link most streaming accounts) in the living room and both bedrooms. Back yard fenced in patio with table and seating for 4 off the kitchen for outside drinks and dining. Apartment has parking for 2 cars. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms (2nd bathroom is off the living room). Apartment is the center unit of a 3-unit building. PET FEE $100 FOR EACH PET

Well located and roomy

This was a great place for my four children to stay near me during the holidays. Property manager was very nice and my adult children all enjoyed being together. One small detail needed/ a wine opener!

Met our needs perfectly

We couldn't have been happier with this property. It was everything it claimed to be, and met our needs perfectly. The managers were available and easy to work with when we had questions. There was plenty of space for us, and the layout was just right for comfort and function.

Fantastic experience!

We stayed at Peggy’s Beach house for a getaway vacation. This was our first VRBO rental experience and it was definitely the best! Everything was clean and orderly, we had an easy check in and out, and the house was stocked with everything we needed- dishes, beach towels and chairs, even mini soap/shampoo etc. It was in a quiet area, but we were close to what we needed and had a quick walk over to the beach. They had plenty of space for the two of us, but a family of four would also easily fit! We loved our experience and would consider coming back here if we made another trip to Melbourne Beach.

Home away from home!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 11 nights and had family visit while we were here. Plenty of room, very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was extremely impressed with the quality and abundance of utensils, plates and glasses, cookware and every day supplies like Kleenex, paper towels, dish washing liquid, bath and beach towels etc. We really enjoyed our stay! The beach across the street was very disappointing and quite dirty with small prices of plastic and bottles washing up from the surf but it gave us an opportunity to check out all of the beaches in the area including Port Canaveral and Sebastian Inlet. We had a blast.

Close to Beach Peaceful Stay

Very quiet and close enough to the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. The place offers comfortable areas for a small family to spread out in and was clean. Two bathrooms really makes a difference when traveling with teens. Negatives: we had a real issue with getting hot water flow. The grass area in small back yard was very tall so I would not let my sons venture. It was cut in time for the last day of our stay. But the issue that made the most impact on our stay was the lack of a remote control for the volume of the TV's. I contacted through text and email and response was "there should be a second remote"...My sons and I looked everywhere and could not locate it. So our night time movie watching was not the greatest, especially since I have loss of hearing and my son is autistic and prefers watching shows at a higher volume.

We were unaware of the hot water issue and our checking that out now. We just put new sod in the back yard so we did not want to cut it until it rooted. We want the back yard and patio are to be beautiful. We must apologize for the lack of remote controls, they some how were left in the owners closet. They are out now. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Peggy & Tim

Great Place!!

This home is perfect for the price! Quite neighborhood, clean home, and the on-site caretakers are extremely helpful and kind. The beach is easily accessible with a short walk (maybe one minute total) across the street. This beach wasn’t crowded at all with lots of space to play and relax. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens were available. Everything you could need in one place! Would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
