A fully equipped kitchen will save you the hassle of going out for meals so you have more time to enjoy the relaxing scenery or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Grocery shopping options are within walking distance but if you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants near by.

From May through October you will be in the heart of North America's #1 sea turtle nesting grounds. Golf courses, Kennedy Space Center, wildlife refuge, and many more attractions are within a one-hour drive. If deep-sea fishing is what you're looking for, Port Canaveral is close by and the place to go.

Stayed here for a business trip. Very clean and right on the beach. Construction did not bother us at all. Only suggestion would be to have coffee stocked. We had to buy our own.

Parking War

Upon arrival, someone from the management blocked our spot so we couldn't access it until they moved their car. On another occasion, the same person was parked in the spot!! This time i called the number on the sign to complain. As i as leaving a message she appeared from a 2nd floor unit apologizing that she was a manager wasn’t aware our unit was occupied. I would think as a manager she know which units are in use It was annoying to say the least.

We intentionally chose this unit. Stayed here last year and it was wonderful. The view is great and it’s literally steps from both the beach and the pool. The only negative feedback I can give is that the door handle to the sliding door was falling off, which made it hard to open the door. It was still safe because a door stopper was provided for locking the door. It just made it a little less convenient than last year. Everything else was great!

A very nice apartment

Beautiful location. All the amenities we needed. Just a great vacation! They should remove the hot tub from the website though there isn't a hot tub on the property. But the ocean and the pool were awesome

Perfect but Older

Love the location - close to things. Older building - but very clean and nice. Loved opening the slider and being on the edge of the beach. Kitchen was well equipped.

Love Villa Riviera

This is our 2nd time at this beautiful condo community. 1st floor unit with parking at your front door is so helpful for those with disabilities, and mobility issues. Gorgeous view, sparkling clean condo, very comfortable, with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful condo

We had a great week here. I loved the beach access was so close and having a designated parking spot. The only complaint we had was the number 3 on the keypad sometimes didn’t work.

Great Beach Getaway

Location is amazing. Right on the beach. Just walk out your door and it's right there. Got to see two rocket launches from the beach. For grocery shopping, Walmart is just down the street or Publix is not that far. Lots of restaurant choices in the area. The place was great. Wifi was good. Beds were good. Couches are a little uncomfortable. The place has a lot for the beach-chairs, sand toys, and towels. Did use the heated pool which was also nice. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for us! The view was amazing, and we were in the unit closest to the beach access and closest to the pool! We could park right next to the unit, no stairs or elevators to deal with, etc. The unit also contained everything we needed for the beach—chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, even a body board for catching waves! It was clean and seemed recently updated. Kitchen was a little dark, but the rest of the unit was well lit. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Location and the view Perfect!

The beautiful beach is right there off the patio and the gorgeous warm pool a few steps around the corner. Everything you need: pool towels, pool/ beach noodles, patio seating & shower supplies(shampoo, conditioner, body wash) included. The kitchen / living area wonderful with amazing view of ocean. A delicious Cuban eatery directly across the street. A grocery store a few minutes down the road. The complex peaceful & quiet. We were 3 ladies and felt safe and comfortable. FYI: the kitchen set up seemed good; however we did not cook any meals while there. We did use the fridge and coffee maker.
