Google Wi-Fi router, excellent location, away from everyone, but close to all. Beautiful cute cabin; close to Belleayre Ski center, Arkville train rides and hiking trails. Relax in front of a fireplace or enjoy sitting on the deck.

We had a wonderful stay . We enjoyed having a fire and going in the hot tub ! There is lots to do in the area ! It was a great family get together with my daughter who lives close by !

The owner let us arrive 45 mins early which was very nice and the communication was always met with a prompt response. The few issues we encountered were, we could only get the wifi to work when we were in the living room by the router. The hot tub got really dirty after the first use, so we didn't use it again which was a big reason we chose this house. We informed the owner and she said the filter probably has to be changed. also, we wanted to make coffee that we brought with us and found that there was no coffee pot or carafe to use the coffee maker. We only were staying for 1 night and I think had we been staying longer some of these issues may have been dealt with from positive communications I had previously had with her. Besides that, the house was very clean, beds were fairly comfortable and none of the neighboring properties had people staying so it was extremely private.

Great place

It's a beautiful house, in a pleasant and quiet location, near the mountains.Communication with the owner, Rosanna, via email, text, or phone was immediate and precise.We recommend the house . Great place to stay.

Quiet getaway

We loved staying here. We had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway but with all the great amenities. We were unable to use the fire pit or hot tub due to weather but both were clean and well maintained. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. Thank you, we will definitely be back in warmer weather

Wonderful Little Cabin

We booked this for a Valentine’s Day weekend trip and had a wonderful time. The gas fireplace was awesome after a day of skiing, as was the hot tub (even when it was 10 degrees out!). I would definitely recommend this rental and we will be back for sure!

Only 5 minutes from skiing, restaurants, supermarket, hiking, and only a couple hours from NYC! Couldn’t have been happier with this spotless property.

Perfect mountain getaway

This cabin was perfectly tucked into the woods with beautiful views. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and contained everything we needed. Sitting outside in the hot tub and watching the full moon rise was breathtaking. Highly recommend this place

Hot Tub Hideaway!

Very impressed with the new and modern condition of the cabin! We slept so peacefully every night after a soak in the hot tub. Quiet road. The firepit was a nice extra, too! Close by to food, which was great. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice getaway

We rented this home that is near Belleayre Mountain for a couple of nights. It was a very nice, clean property. The home fit our needs of a relaxation spot after a day of skiing. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake and the kids loved it. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the area!!!

Perfect cozy place!

Surprised my boyfriend worth this place for a few days for his birthday. We both really enjoyed our place. Everything was super clean and the beds were super comfy. The hot tub was great and relaxing, along with the fire pit. She was a great host very informative and assisting!

Relaxing weekend

The house was close to a main road but tucked away enough to provide privacy. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner responded quickly when we had questions. The property is a great place to relax.

horrible attitude!

checkout at 10am? seriously? and the reason... "covid-19 leaves tight schedule for the cleaning company" come on! we came back at 11:30am to check... nobody came to clean... on our vacation we had to set a clock for 8am so we could organize and clean the apartment.
