Mitsue's Cottage is bright and open, with a cute front porch and spacious back deck. The house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and a utility room. The relaxing sound of the creek and nearby waterfalls is a special feature, and its proximity to both Marina at Rowena and Grider Hill Dock make it a great choice for a Lake Cumberland vacation.

The Best home away from home

The page doesn't do it justice. It is beautiful, clean,has so much space, outdoor space, hammocks, fire pit, and everything you need to stay. The decor is amazing. And there is a waterfall just a short walk down the crick. Tammy was amazing at keeping contact and checking in was a breeze. No paperwork, Nothing just the booking and payment. Tammy made it effortless. She has everything you need to make your own meals. Nice meals at that. We only went out to eat once and it saved us a load of money.

Stayed at this property several times and it’s always clean and well stocked with everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Close to Rowena Marina for lake access and boat ramp. Love all the outdoor seating and fire pit and front porch for morning coffee. The waterfall on the property is beautiful. Great place to stay and one of my favorite VRBO properties.

Great stay

The host was great! Had storms while we were there and she offered us the basement in case of emergency and contacted us as soon as the power went out with updates and next steps! Would recommend this property to anyone!

Awesome!

The absolute best stay. Loved it. Clean, comfortable & beautiful. I might only say one negative thing. As an older person (78), I had a little problem with front steps. No handrail. I had to step in the gravel to hold on to concrete post for leverage. Otherwise, excellent!

Perfect peaceful getaway

Gorgeous property. Loved the creek & waterfall, the back yard set up with fire pit & hammocks. The house was spotless; had everything we needed. Close to Cumberland Lake. Beautiful scenery.

Just loveky

This is our second time staying here this Summer. The house is very clean, has everything you need and the outdoor area and waterfall are a nice bonus. Close to Marina Rowena where we always rent a temporary dock for our ski boat. We had a lovely stay and will be back next year!

Wonderful stay

This is the best property we have stayed at around lake Cumberland. I love the huge yard, fire pit and waterfall on the property. There is lots of outdoor seating too. The inside was spotless and accommodated 5 adults easily. It is also well stocked with everything one needs . We docked our boat at Rowena Marina which is a 15 min drive. The property manager responded to any requests in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home and surroundings.

Short fishing getaway

The property was absolutely amazing! It was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Communication with the property owner was easy and even resulted in us checking out an extra spot to fish. We couldn't have been happier. We are looking to return to the area and will try to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Beautiful country setting

Our family loved the stay at this beautiful creek side home. We enjoyed campfires, cooking out, hiking and playing in the creek. Beautiful place highly recommend
