We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing. Taylor was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly loved the house and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We’d love to come back again!

Guys Golf Trip

Location was the key. Had 8 guys staying at the property. Played golf at Ballen Isle, which was less than 2 miles from property. Pool and outside patio were nice. The only issue is that the property stated that it slept 10 and had 7 beds. The 3rd bedroom was listed as having 3 double beds. They weren't beds, they were futons and they weren't located in the 3rd bedroom they were located in the garage. They did have a portable ac unit which made it ok. We made it work but would have liked to know about the bed situation before we booked.

AMAZING! You’re gonna wanna stay here!

As a host ourselves, we know what guests expect. This property was absolutely amazing. The salt water pool was amazing. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the linens were as white as whites could get. The owner provided toiletries, soap/shampoo/conditioner. Trash Bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods. general spices. The location is right off 95, 2 minutes. Convenient local shopping, beer, wine, starbucks, grocery. Stay here, you wont be disappointed.

While the owner was very good and responsive, there were quite a few things that were not up to par. The pool heater did not work no matter what the cable/TV in the living room never worked, despite letting them know one day, one and all of the bedsheets aside from the master bedroom stunk of mildew. The house is very old and outdated And smells of mildew pretty much everywhere. The ping-pong table is in a moldy garage and the paddles were warped and unusable. We were there for a funeral so I did not complain so much because we were happy to just have a roof over our heads, but I would never go there again

disappointing

Poor rating due to the lack of basic upkeep to the patio area and around property. The back sliding door did not lock, and other sliders either would not open and none had screens. Gas grill and lounge chairs shown on rental photos did not exist. Patio and pool area should be power washed. I don’t think there are regular visits to the home. If so, things would look better. Shower water pressure is very low and only one smoke detector outside one bedroom, Final and most important was the home was infested by termites that was an absolute horror show for our family. They swarmed the house at night particulrly after it rained and we could not open the doors. My grandchildren were horrified when they swarmed the kitchen due to a rotten kitchen window frame. If inspected, someone would have noticed the obvious termites long ago. Our entire stay was stressful to say the least.

GREAT HOUSE!

Simply AMAZING! We had a great time here and the home is absolutely excellent.Our extended family stayed here for 7 nights, a total of 11 people (3 kids / 8 adults). There was enough space that everyone was not “on top” of each other. Very clean and well maintained.The 4 bedrooms were perfect – primary with king bed and on-suite bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The garage also has 2 futon beds. The 2 bathrooms were enough for everyone. Ample towels were provided; a set of 2 on every bed and extras in the linen closet. There is also about 10 beach towels for use. The kitchen is great. Lots of plates and utensils, as well as a good variety of cooking items (pans, spatula, cookie sheets, large bowls, ect). There is a 4-slice toaster, blender, and coffee maker in the kitchen, and an extra fridge in the garage which was very useful. Plenty of seating – the main dining room sits 8 and there is an additional table for 4 off the kitchen. Outside has a table for 6 and a table for 4, all under nice shade.Every bedroom has its own TV with Roku, as well as the living room and garage. The ping pong table in the garage was lots of fun, and the garage was a great place to hang out. The pool was absolutely incredible.There is a charcoal grill (a bit old but useable). A gas grill would have been nice, but that is probably the only minor thing I would improve. Overall it was wonderful to stay here and our family very much enjoyed it.
