At first glance the property appeared fine…
There were two doors to access the property, only one was functional. No luggage racks to be found, condition upon entering the building was bad, borderline terrible. Made it to the room, smell was awkward but not terrible. Poo stains still in the toilet, and overall condition was bad. Refrigerator was clean, beds were made, and the AC was noisy but effective, we enjoyed the noise since it helped drown out outside noise. Fitted sheets on bed were way too small, and required getting up multiple times to stretch them back over. There was heavy plastic underneath the fitted sheet, I’m assuming to protect the mattress from urine since it was a pet friendly rental, but this resulted in it sounding like you were sleeping on wrapping paper. The kitchen fluorescent light did not work, neither did the vent fan in the bathroom. For the price we would never recommend this to anyone, it might be worth 89 a night at best.
