Luxury Home with Office and Man Cave-Ideal for Families, Couples & Market Guests

Come and enjoy this wonderful 4,000 square foot home on 1 1/4 acre wooded lot with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Summerfield, NC. Adjacent to Greensboro, in the Triad area so accessible to the High Point Furniture Market. Two large bonus rooms: one is a Man-cave with 75” TV and full-sized pool table. The other is an office with large TV and room to exercise. Two electric fireplaces indoor and a third on the patio. Full size crib, highchair, toys, games and puzzles for kids.

Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms are downstairs and two upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a beautiful covered patio and an outside patio. The layout of the home is perfect.

The backyard is huge and bordered by beautiful woods. It’s not uncommon to hear and see birds, squirrels and occasionally deers.

Smart locks are maintained on the three exit doors.

The house is beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood. We saw deer outside everyday. The house is well equipped with most everything you can think of. We attended High Point Market and weren't at the house much, however, we would definitely stay here again.

Charlie and Sharon were amazing! From pre-check-in, check-in, and post checkout their communication was excellent. Any questions I had they were quick to answer. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a welcoming place to stay to consider this place. 10/10

Our family was SO LUCKY to have been able to spend an entire month at this amazing property as our home had flood damage fixed. It was truly a home away from home and everyone was able to have their own rooms with bathrooms and I was still able to cook our meals and eat dinner at the table as a family. Charles and Sharon were great with communication leading up to our stay and during.

Un maison superbe, pour 4 golfeurs mais tu peux être 4 couples qui désirent chacun leur chambre et leur salle de bain et ou deux familles avec 4 à 6 jeunes enfants ou jeunes adultes jeunes adultes et vous ne manquerai pas de places. Most memorable and comfortable stay

My family and I immensely enjoyed our stay at the very spacious, beautifully decorated and well maintained house of Sharon and Charlie. Both of them are exceptionally kind and excellent hosts. The house has all the amenities one can need during a stay. We stayed at this most elegant house for 2 months and the gracious hosts never made us feel like customers and treated us like family. Any maintenance or repairs were taken care of by the hosts most promptly and efficiently. Due to age of our parent we had certain requests which were facilitated immediately. Sharon and Charlie went out of their way to make our stay most comfortable. The house is situated in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed our walks around the community. The deer used to visit us often in the backyard which we liked very much. Definitely we will stay again at this lovely house next time we are in the area. All of us are going to miss the wonderful hosts and their house. Wishing Sharon and Charlie all the best always

Fabulous respite

We stayed at Sharon and Charlie’s during the Furniture Market and could not have been happier with our choice. The house was perfect for us and Sharon and Charlie were the perfect hosts—accommodating and very communicative. Look forward to staying again and highly recommend!

Great for families

We loved the property! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Sharon and Charlie were very hospitable and easy to reach. The house was fully stocked to accommodate those with small children which saved us a lot of packing of equipment. ( We had 1 infant.) Our family loves to cook and the kitchen area was wonderfully equipped! The house layout made it easy to have privacy (and quietness) when needed, but provided large gathering spaces, as well. We visited during the winter, so we didn’t take advantage of the beautiful screened-in porch and large back yard. We hope to visit again and enjoy those areas when the weather is more temperate. A big thank you to Sharon and Charlie!!

Something for everyone

Sharon & Charlie were gracious, attentive hosts. Location is lovely; home is immaculate and well-stocked on a cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. Child equipment was so helpful (ie. high chair, pack ‘n play, stroller, in & outdoor play equipment). Expect to pay for insurance against breakage as there are lovely things to enjoy here. Restaurants and grocery are a bit of a distance, requiring a car. We enjoyed the space to spread out and the large yard too.

We felt very welcome, at home, and totally comfortable during our stay. Plenty of room. Family focused. Just GREAT! Highly recommend and will return in the future....it was a huge hit! 10+ stars!

Nice house but not suited for a rental

The house was clean, spacious, and in a nice location. We had a nice stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us with a flexible cancelation policy. However, early in our stay it became apparent that this property does not seem suited for vacation rentals as it is in an HOA community with watchful neighbors. It seemed like the neighbors didn’t like the fact that the house was being rented out and this added to the owners’ discomfort. A few correpondence with the owners gave me the vibe of being distrusted, which put quite some strain on our entire stay. Although pets were never present, the owners repeatedly reminded me of the no pets policy and also reiterated beyond the point of neccessity that the community pool is off limits to guests. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay in Greensboro for a family reunion to visit elderly parents, not to deal with nosy neighbors and distrustful owners. I do not recommend this property to others.

Fabulous house! Fabulous host!

Sharon was an amazing host. We had to change our dates and extend our stay due to moving my son's family and preparing for a wedding. It could have been a nightmare. Instead we had a beautiful home to stay in. Comfy beds. A wonderful sunroom we sat in everyday. A big yard for our grandson to run and play in. The house is in Summerfield but very close to Hwy 220 which becomes Battleground Avenue. Uber Eats delivers there, which was wonderful for us after long days packing and unpacking. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs as well as a huge office and man cave with a pool table. There is a big master bedroom with a king bed and huge ensuite on the main floor. The children's bedroom on the main floor was perfect for naps and came equipped with toys. The bathtub beside it was perfect for our grandson. The kitchen is well set up. There is a bbq outside. We did not have a chance to use it this trip. There are 2 fireplaces. This would be a great house to rent for a Thanksgiving or Christmas trip. This is a very big house so there is lots of room to spread out. We loved having the office upstairs so Grandpa could work and take calls in peace. The neighborhood is lovely. I highly recommend this home.

Awesome home

This property is a lovely home that provides all a families needs. No shortage of dishes, utensils, bedding, linens, comforters, etc., etc. Its like being at home. Ultimate privacy, quiet and peaceful. Hosts are gracious and concerned for our well being and happiness with our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I bought this home to be near our grandkids, and all that Greensboro has to offer - it really is an ideal point from which to take trips to both the mountains in the West and the Outer Banks in the East. We love having the huge master and one guest room on the ground floor, and the screened in patio and keeping room (aka the family room) are wonderful as are the huge bonus rooms upstairs (one is a man cave complete with 75" TV and full sized pool table and the other is a huge office/TV room). Lots of games are provided. It really is a fantastic home to experience and to enjoy with family and friends.

The property is stunning, and the layout of the house is perfect in every way. It's large - all 4 bedrooms have a walk in closet and it's own bathroom. The home is a great place to just stay and unwind, or to entertain family and friends. It features lots of places to gather and enjoy each other's company, read, relax, watch TV or the deer who frequent the woods in the backyard. Go on long walks through the beautiful neighborhood. It's a super vacation home that's good for people of all ages. It's near Greensboro but so much more relaxing! Summerfield is beautiful, serene and scenic. This photo is the view of the sunset from outside our front door. Two indoor fireplaces and another on the outdoor patio.

The neighborhood has large lots, gorgeous homes, a community clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. Adjacent to a wooden preserve so very private. Love seeing the occasional deer in the woods behind our home! The azaleas in spring are something to behold! You will not want to leave this house! If you have a baby and/or young children or grandchildren we have lots to offer - games, toys, crib, high chair, etc.
