Great location! Stay here & you're basically ON campus! This updated basement apartment has everything you need for one night or many. Full kitchen and free washer & dryer included with a lot of room to spread out.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

The beautiful University of Wyoming campus is less than one block away!

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Wonderful! We had a great day in Laramie, which ended in coming home to this lovely 2 bedroom apartment right next to campus. It was absolutely perfect. Will stay again! Go Pokes!

Great little place. Comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you are doing anything on the UW campus because it takes less than 2 minutes to walk there. Would definitely stay there again.

Two space heaters were provided and used in mid October. Very grateful they were available for use as the rooms were very cool at night. Comfortable bed. Greatly appreciated the kitchen amenities and snacks that were offered. We would stay there again as It is great location to the football stadium and UW. Host was prompt in communicating when questions arose.

The manager was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was trouble free. Unit was easy to find. The lighting from garage parking to the entry needs to be better. Hard to see where you are going in pitch black. Everything else was awesome!

Decent place, not clean.

We arrived and had to vacuum hair off of sofa and floors. We also had to wash the sheet due to stains and hair. Owner refunded cleaning fee, which was appreciated. If your stay is university related, then it is a good spot. Other than the cleanliness, it was an ok spot.

Exactly what we needed!

Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were super comfy, all amenities provided including blow dryer, iron/ironing board. Dishes to cook with and eat on, soft towels, washer dryer, etc.

Much better than a hotel!

We stayed at this property while visiting our son while he's in college. It was a nice place to hang out inside since it was winter and nothing to do outside in the cold. It could use more comfortable seating for gathering in the living room, but we all had a place to sit. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean!

Great location

This place is as advertised. The location was great. The house was clean. The rooms were spacious. The only negative comment, which others have mentioned, is that you can hear the upstairs tenants pretty clearly. It wasn't a big deal, just something we noticed.

Excellent value

Nice property. Only problem was the heat, Thermostat that controlled the heat was upstairs and that tenant kept turning it down so there was no heat.

Stay

The place was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The first night was quiet, however late on Saturday someone came in to the top floor, and sounded like a party or something. They left after an hour or so. They were going in and out. The parking space was not enough room to get our things out, and we had to pull up on the street to load and unload. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Did not like being in the basement . Gave it a shot but never again

Stayed in the basement, gave it a shot but sure enough smelled like whatever upstairs was cooking, hear them walking around and blasting their music the next day. Cute little place but didn’t like the basement experience

Grad weekend convenience

We stayed for our son's December graduation. It was close to everything we wanted, and if it weren't for the cold, we would have walked more places. Our only issue was lack of control over the heat. I called and asked if they could turn it down, but I'm not confident that did any good. My husband, however, was comfortable with the warmth.

Excellent location & dog friendly

It is located across the street from the university with a driveway and is dog friendly. The backyard has grass and is 90% fenced in. Clean and comfortable with a washer and dryer. Perfect for all our needs.
