3 day stay before Cruise

This was perfect for us before our cruise, we were two couples and the size of the property was perfect. Two good size bedrooms/bathrooms and the kitchen area and living room also had plenty of room.Amanda the host responded promptly to any questions.I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

Can't say enough nice things

The house was exactly as advertised and was really great. The backyard was super nice, loved all the games. And even a putting green! Communication was A plus.

Loved this house and the owner Amanda

Booked this house over a year ago and always had amazing communication with Amanda prior to arriving. When we got there the house was just as photos showed. Beautiful private back yard where we spent most of the time and played games. Top notch pots and pans , not cheap stuff. Comfort beds , 10 min walk to publix and Ross 5 mins to Walgreens , 3 tv’s in the house, absolutely loved it there and will be back in the future for sure. Amanda always answered me right away if I had questions. I recommend this place 100% Thanks so much for having us in your home.

Wonderful place

Owner is very easy to communicate with. Home is exactly as pictured. Backyard is very inviting and relaxing. Enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Highly recommended for some Florida sun visit.

Wonderful little house!

I had an amazing stay at Amanda's property in Pompano Beach! The neighborhood felt safe, and the backyard was a serene oasis. It was super clean and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations, making my stay even more comfortable. Communication was prompt and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a perfect getaway in Pompano Beach. I can't wait to return!

Great house!

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a blast! The house was great and was everything we were looking for. The backyard was a quiet getaway that was perfect for entertaining, relaxing and our dogs loved it as well :). Amenities were more than we could have asked for. Amanda was great and very responsive!

Excellent rental house

We enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Oakland Park. The property was clean with a fantastic backyard and cozy indoor area. The house was well stocked with amenities and Amanda is a wonderful host. Would love to stay again! Highly recommended for couples and families.

a cute florida villa!

This house was perfect for my friends and I! The backyard was the best part, the photos don’t do it justice! The driveway is a little small especially if you have a big car, and it was a bit difficult to navigate parking and leaving. Additionally, the cleaning supplies were limited, and the extra garbage bags were hard to find. But Amanda was very responsive and had things ordered to the door by the end of the day as we needed. Additionally, the recycling bin from the previous stay was packed full which made it hard to remove items before we left. Overall though, it was an extremely cute home and we loved our stay!

Picture Perfect

My wife and I stayed at this property from Feb. 4 - March 4, 2023. The property and everything in it is top notch. We loved the fact that it was close to everything, We particularly enjoyed the wonderful backyard this property offers. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening every day outside; it doesn't get any better than that. Amanda is a great host. I can't say enough nice things about her. She really cares that everything is perfect for your stay. I'm so glad we rented this property. We look forward to staying there again.

This location and the owner did not disappoint!

OUTSTANDING! Photos are exact representation of the property. It's clean, quiet, inviting, and perfectly situated close to EVERYTHING! Amanda responded quickly and checked on us to ensure all was well. I HIGHLY recommend this location for a romantic getaway, a family vacay, girls trip, or business stay. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

This property was absolutely great. Definitely an intimate space. Property is as advertised. But even better in the physical. My children and I more than enjoyed the beautiful backyard with several great activity setups. Amanda and her Husband Were very easy to communicate and get along with. Absolutely a wonderful stay and location. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. A must stay! If available, definitely will be booking again in the near future. Oh, and most important, cleanliness was definitely on par. Thank you Amanda and Will for grand stay. Blessings

Comfortable home!

This house was clean and newly renovated. The backyard was incredible! Only 2 issues...the Vest temperature monitor turned the air conditioner off after not detecting anyone in the house [in the middle of a Florida summer 😳]. The internet could've been the problem [a technician had to come to the house to fix]. And for some reason [it could have been me...in all fairness] we couldn't get the keypad to unlock the front door... If they added a TV in both bedrooms, this property would get a definite higher rating. That being said...Vanessa and her husband/assistant/friend/etc. Were very attentive, respectful, and very nice to deal with. I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AS FAR AS THEIR PROFESSIONALISM!! 5 STARS FOR THEM!!! Thank you for allowing me to rent your property for our stay in Ft. Lauderdale!!!

An amazing property

The property was in excellent condition! It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The back yard was amazing!! It was beautiful, quiet and totally private. The property is just a few miles from beautiful beaches. We highly recommend!

Best you can get in FLL

Amanda’s house is so beautiful that i wanted to stay there for couple of more weeks and will definitely be back. So clean and so very detailed. The backyard is the highlight of the house. Very beautifully decorated with TLC. We had some issue with delayed flight and Amanda jumped in to help us with delayed checkout as well. The house has small notes/frames written saying “ be Kind” and the owner definitely believes in it. This is the best stay ever we had with my kids and older in laws. Definitely recommend this stay

A house with everything

Our stay was amazing from booking through departure. Amanda made everything easy, and we were looking forward to our visit. Opening the front door, I realized that the photos don't do this house justice. Bright and clean, with little extras at every turn. The new backyard and deck look great. The kitchen is updated and equipped to take care of everything from coffee to cooking a full meal. Movie nights in the living room were comfy with good seating options and a basket full of blankets. Plenty of closet space, and room to unpack. Cleaning supplies, extra linens, piles of towels were all stocked and easy to find. The bathrooms had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The AC could have kept our food cold, but was also easily set to keep us comfy instead. The list could go on... The bottom line: We loved it!

Better than expected!

Amanda’s house is beautifully decorated and inviting (even better than the photos)! There is so much attention to detail! The kitchen is fully equipped with even more than we expected. Everything has been very well taken care of. The sofas and beds are super comfortable. You can tell they put in a lot of thought in making the place cozy and attractive. Everything works perfectly too! Amanda was extremely responsive to our needs and quickly put in an Amazon order for us which arrived just in time! We are tremendously pleased with our stay and would most definitely stay there again. Also, try Guanacos restaurant right around the corner!

Great spot, beaches and city

Great little spot in Oakland Park. 10 min from lauderdale-on-the-Sea and 20 min to Deerfield beach. 20 min to Los Olas. Clean and comfortable house near grocery stores etc… safe area.

Great place to say... We went with another couple and the rooms were large and the entire place was clean and like new. There were several coffee shops and grocery stores within walking distance, which was nice. Communication with the host was great. When the host, Amanda found out that I was new to VRBO, she shared her phone number and we communicated via text which was great. Amanda was very nice and responsive. We were having problems with the grill. After sharing this with her, there was a new grill the next day bought and hooked up. Very impressive... The location was also nice as we split time between Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach and it was an easy drive for both. They also had a corkboard up where VRBOers could leave destinations that they loved. This was also very helpful. We added a few more to the list. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful hospitality!

This property is exactly as listed and it did not disappoint

The property looked exactly like the pictures/listing, if not better! It perfectly accommodated our party of 4 and even had space for more. We travelled to Ft. Lauderdale for a flag football tournament and this spot was perfectly situated equidistant to the fields and the beach so that we could play and then also relax. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for group dinners, washer and dryer between playing days and relaxed on the back patio under the lighted umbrella. The couch was also very comfy while we had a movie night. The whole unit was very clean and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into the personal touches. Amanda was also very responsive and answered any/all questions we had quickly. Fully recommend this home for your stay in the Ft. Lauderdale area!
