The GOODNIGHT: Sweet Treehouse suite with kitchenette in the Texas Hill Country

Clustered around Live Oaks, our 4 beautiful Treehouse suites are an experience.
The GOODNIGHT suite is our one ground-level Suite that includes a kitchenette. This Suite has a Queen bed, an ensuite bath with shower, and a great little kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini-fridge and all the dishware you'd need for basic meals. There's also comfy seating, windows overlooking a big piece of scenic hill country, and the other comforts of home, with a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, hairdryer, iron & board. Fresh linens and soft towels are also provided.
And don't miss the lovely common Top Deck, with comfy outdoor seating, bistro lights and 360 views! It's beautiful! Feel free to roam this pretty acreage or walk beautiful Creek Road. You'll love it here!
Like all of our rentals, these cottages are non-smoking suites, but we are pet-friendly with associated Pet Cleaning Fee -- inquire!

Perfect remote getaway

This was a perfect little place to get away from it all, yet close enough to local eateries and attractions of the beautiful hill country. The patio was the best part! Even though our cabin was on the bottom floor we went up to the patio both Mornings and in the evening to enjoy the view. It was so peaceful and a wonderful place to read God's word, sip coffee and enjoy His creation!

It was a cute little spot prefect for what I needed it for however be mindful when booking that you actually in a little apartment underneath the tree house. After arriving an seeing the place I can see that what I actually book was under the tree house in the photos it looks like you are booking the apt above because they posted pictures of the seating area in the tree area but it was clean cozy and still just as beautiful!

We stayed in the Goodnight treetop suite, and it was the best! The room was immaculate, and we had everything that we needed! There was a fully stocked coffee bar, and fresh towels everywhere! The bed was comfy, and the a/c was perfect! There was no detail left untouched. We even had access to a small room that had anything else we may need. The grounds were breathtaking! Definitely returning to stay in another of the beautiful suites they have. This place was excellent!

Nice little cottage!

Very scenic property and neat place to stay. Everything was very clean. We really only spent time in the house for sleeping and drinking coffee in the mornings. Only slight criticism is bed was a bit firm for us and we forgot our pillows so the ones there were just a bit uncomfortable. Great place though we highly recommend!

I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. And we fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.
- This location truly can't be beat -
Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin!
You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.

This property offers beautiful views and lovely scenery, peace, scenery and such an easy location. There's something about that morning coffee on the porch with an amazing sunrise or an afternoon on the swing under a big oak that offers that a hotel cannot.
Wanna play some lawn games? Visit our Amenities Room and borrow Cornhole or one of our other options, or pick up a book and relax. We want you to enjoy your time in this hill country heaven.
AS for our accommodations, there’s nothing ordinary here. Every cottage or lodging option is unique and has a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, lovely linens, hand-picked décor, attention to the details that will make you just plain happy. And with so many options, we have something for everyone -- You'll see!
