Private and very clean home - newly updated.

Modern home with heated saltwater pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Located conveniently to local shopping, restaurants, and beach access.

1 King bed + 1 queen bed + 4 twin beds (two twin bunk beds)

1 private bathroom with shower off master bedroom + 1 main bathroom with tub/shower.

Large open kitchen, pool, fenced yard, BBQ grill, patio dining, beach chairs/gear.

Wifi + Smart TV w/Roku + SlingTV (cable channels and on demand viewing)

Desk in family room.

Ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room.

Sunroom with table and chairs. Games and books on the shelf in the hallway.

Keyless entry.

Laundry.

Enjoy the entire home and private backyard.

Space to park 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking.

Please no parking on the lawn or neighboring properties.

Other things to note

While comfort and convenience for our guests are very important to us, our top priority during your stay is safety.

By booking your stay with us, you agree to read, sign and return a RENTAL RELEASE AND WAIVER.

A security deposit of $300.00 is due 2 days before arrival. This is a 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart.

There are two security cameras in the backyard, pointing to the patio and pool area and two in the front, also pointing away from the home. For insurance and safety reasons these cameras are always on. There are no cameras inside the home.

Fees
• $200 Per day that you are smoking inside or on the property
• $100 Late Checkout Fee
• $Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours
• $100 Fee if cameras are modified in any way and need to be reset
• $100 Fee if wifi equipment is modified in any way and needs to be reset
• $50 Per day if pool equipment is modified in any way, including pool heater

Rooms were nice size and private, house was clean, perfect size garage for us to store our bikes when we weren’t riding. Kitchen was perfect , we mainly made breakfast and ate out the other times .

Second Stay

This was our second time staying at the is property. Everything was as good as the first stay. We had an issue with the A/C and not only did the owners stay in communication but the property manager was there the whole time to assist with the issue until it was resolved. We can’t say enough about this property!

This property is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The home is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s well-stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets, making our stay even more convenient. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. The hosts were welcoming, and attentive.

Nice house quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and nearby all the places we wanted to visit. We had fun in the pool especially with the pool lights at night. Sunroom was nice. Master was handicapped accessible. Queen room was kind of small but was enough for us. Thankfully they had a pack and play for us for our baby. Plenty of towels which was nice. We didn’t like that the temp was set and supposed to stay on 72 at the house, at times felt warm. Overall a good choice for us. My husband, our baby (1), our friend and her son (16).

Weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything was exactly as pictured and as expected. The pool and backyard were especially wonderful and we enjoyed having our own pool! Plenty of towels provided, extra linens and kitchen essentials were greatly appreciated. Very easy to work with host highly recommend!!

Home away from home

This property is everything the listing says it is. Clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit and there was more than enough pool toys/beach items provided. We will definitely stay again when we are back to visit family.

We had a great time. The property was in a great location, very clean, the kids loved the pool. It is a very nice relaxing property. We made trips to the beach multiple times as well as 2 days in universal. It 1.5hrs reach due to traffic.

We have been staying in Daytona for the race for the last 28 years and each year we are looking for a place that is affordable with nice amenities that is close to the track. We were pleasantly surprised with this home. Everything was very nice and the owners were accessible by phone if needed. We had a great stay and would most certainly consider this location again.

Lovely Property. Perfect Pool!

We were visiting family in the area and needed a home base as a family of 5. The location was perfect! Minutes from parks, ice cream, great restaurants and the beach! The home itself was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a group or family. Lastly, the pool was great! Well kept and beautiful. We all wanted to jump right in and hang out.

Beautiful stay!

Perfect place to stay! So many playgrounds around for children. The pool was very nice. We had issues with the pool heater and they had help come quickly. Easy to communicate and enjoyed the stay!

Had a great long weekend at this VRBO. Easy peasy all around. Loved the screened in patio. Family had a wonderful time in the clean, heated pool. We were also very happy with the very comfy sleeping. Made for very refreshing sleep. Thanks again for a great place for our family vacay!

Nice Split Plan Home

The house was good for our family of 6. We didn’t use the pool, but it was nice. The bathroom drawers could have used a vacuuming, but overall it was in good shape. Safe neighborhood. Kids rode their bikes around.

Wonderful home with so many pluses

The home was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for my senior citizen (post knee surgery) parents. The heated salt water pool was an additional plus, especially in early February. We couldn’t have found a place that checked more boxes for each of the four of us that stayed here.
