-Quiet time frame is from 10pm to 8am
-Please be mindful and respectful to neighbors and building staff
-No unregistered guests (Building security only allows guests registered in the system with proper identification)
-No locals
-Early check-ins or late check-outs may be permitted (if possible) at a $25/hr rate. If it does not interfere with cleaning or guests coming in, this fee will be waived. Just communicate and give me a heads up.
-Late check outs may result on a penalty in which will be given as a discount towards the next guest and cleaning crew due to the inconvenience
-Please don't rearrange the furniture
-Please leave dishes washed, and throw out the garbage in the trash shoot down the hall before checkout
-Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony
-No pets allowed
-Damaged/stained towels and beddings will result in a $20 restocking fee per item
-Additional cleaning charges will be passed on to guests
-Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the balcony doors and lock the front door
-Key replacements cost $100 for the fob and $80 for a new door lock and keys
-Lockouts will result in additional penalty so please keep your keys safe and secure at all times
-Additional charges will be given for any damaged items or smoking in unit

-All guests must have a proper identification and must be registered in the system prior t arrival
-24 GYM
-Pool and other amenities are open from 8am-8pm
-Valet parking available
