Was a great place to make home base for a weekend in Ft. Collins. The location was central and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Perfect Location!

The Treetop Loft was in the perfect location! We walked everywhere! It had all the amenities we needed, a super-comfy bed, and gracious hosts. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip!

Loft Oldtown

The accomodations were immaculate! We enjoyed staying there and had a nice visit with all of our friends that live in Fort Collins and the area. We enjoyed all the amenities that were in the Loft. Just a sweet little place!

We loved the location. The owner was in the main house so she was there if we needed her, but still had our privacy. The loft was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Since we were busy with our CSU student we hardly noticed the lack of a TV. I did suggest to the owner that another mirror would be helpful since the one there was over a sink that was serving double duty for the kitchen and bathroom.

Convenient and relaxing retreat

My husband and I enjoyed a few nights here during CSU family weekend. Very convenient to Old Town and CSU. A relaxing space with all the amenities you need. Michelle is a great host and communicator. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable and in a great location!

Was in Fort Collins to address a medical condition of one of my relatives. The place was exactly what I needed during a stressful time. Thank you to the awesome hosts who checked in a couple times to make sure I had everything I needed.

Olive stay is not the pits

Clean, bright, airy, just the right amount of room, great shower, comfortable bed, good location. Just Keurig coffee, though—only negative of the stay.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well kept, and has a number of amenities. The location is fabulous, close to shops and restaurants, so I was able to walk to most places I wanted to go. The host was very welcoming and did a number of things to make my stay pleasant. The one thing that wasn't clear from the listing was that the second bed is an inflatable mattress. While the apartment could sleep 4 using that, it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. The low eaves weren't a problem since I'm 5/3", but they might be for a tall person, especially in the table area.

Only has ONE bed

The description of the property says there are 2 queen beds, and that it sleeps 4, but that is not true. One of the beds is a blow up mattress. Also, I had a friend stay one night, and they made me give them 50 cash, which is ludicrous. I would never stay here again. False advertising/misinformation.All they have for AC is a portable one. It took a long time to cool the place down.

Really sweet little place

The "treetop with the balcony" was a nice place to relax and unwind while experiencing Fort Collins. It sits above a garage/workshop on a quiet alley at the end of a large backyard of a house. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. There is covered parking below which is super convenient. Everything was clean and well-appointed. The whole experience was lovely!

July 2022 CSU Orientation

The loft was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time here. There was everything we could have needed for our short stay but there was no television. Michelle, the host was very attentive and amazing. Despite no TV, I would recommend this vacation rental if you are visiting Fort Collins.

Central and well maintained

The Ft Collins Tree Top Loft is, as described, centrally located. It was a quick walk of a few blocks through a tree-lined neighborhood to get to the Old Town shopping/eating district. Everything in the Loft was well-maintained and clean. We were able to heat up just about any leftovers we had with the microwave and oven combo, which saved us the cost of a few meals while being able to fully enjoy what we'd purchased earlier. A local grocery store is within walking limits, which was great for getting drinks and snacks. Although I hadn't thought too much about having the car port included when booking the Loft, if you have two options, this may be the detail that puts the Loft at the top. It was great during July to keep the car from getting too hot, and would assume in the winter, it will reduce the need to clean off your vehicle of frost or snow. Also nice to have a dedicated spot, so if you do need to drive somewhere, you can come back whenever and park directly under your accommodations. The owner communicated well with us and I was comfortable with the amount of interaction we had. We will definitely stay here again if we need lodging in the Ft. Collins area.
