Welcome to our cozy little studio apartment above garage next to the Church of 1906. This recently renovated space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable and private stay. It also offers additional space for large parties staying in our Church House next door. The apartment features a kitchen, a comfortable queen bed and pull out couch! Taller guests should keep in mind the walls are slanted so you may need to watch your head through the hallway.

All appliances and furniture are updated and practically new, including a recent upgrade to the water heater! This is an ideal space if you are traveling and enjoy your privacy. This apartment sits above a stand alone garage so you won’t have any troubles with noisy neighbors.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 11:00 a.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 3 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
