This ground level canal front home has everything you need to make this your best Anna Maria Island vacation ever. This home offers a private heated pool overlooking the mangroves and canal, private boat deck, spacious screened lanai and so much more. Not to mention its incredible location. It's just a short walk away from the Bayfront Park and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Inside you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home to prepare a full meal or quick snack. After a long day in the sun, you can relax in the living room (with a sleeper sofa) and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Off the living room, you will find the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features a king-size bed and flat screen TV.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
