We had such a lovely stay!

We had such a lovely stay in AnnaMariaIsland, the Property was perfect and there was everything we needed. It was like paradise, the booking and the contact before, during and after the stay with seabreeze was perfect. in fact we have now found our new favourit traveldestination and plan to come back soon.

Highly Recommended!

Upon arriving we noticed that the rental was clean and well kept. We had minor issues with the TV and hot water in a bathroom, but they were quickly responded to and resolved. Unit was steps from Bean Point Beach and had a pool and hot tub. We would certainly recommend Seabreezevacation.com to our friends and will look to book with them again in the future.

Excellent place!

Excellent place. Very clean and well appointed. Be prepared - lots of traffic in AMI. Call early for restaurant reservations! Loved our week there.

The location of this unit and the island itself is amazing! The beaches are unmatched. We loved the aesthetics of the island and biking to Pine Street. The cons are related to the guests who rented the unit above us. Three out of four days these guests had 20 people on site, taking over the pool and beach equipment. This made for a very uncomfortable experience for the 2 of us. For this reason, I would not stay at this unit in the future, and opt for a single residence.

As advertised. Wonderful vacation. Very clean and all they amenities a group would need, from beach chairs to garbage bags. Beach access was amazing.. Will definitely go back.

Overall great

Very nice place and clean. We had all the supplies and towels that we needed. Very convenient to have onsite laundry. The pool area was private with lovely plantings and trees. Would surely return.

Fantastic Vacation at Bean Point

We had a great vacation at Bean Point. The apartment was great for us, had everything we needed and was very clean/updated. the pool and hot tub were a huge hit with my daughter. We appreciated all the chairs, wagon, beach toys, etc that were in teh garage for usage back and forth to the beach. I reached out a few times via text with questions and response was immediate and helpful. We also used the Loaded Kitchen to stock the kitchen before arrival and that worked wonderfully as well.

Piece of Paradise

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for us. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was perfection. We even enjoyed the rainy days sitting in the chairs on our patio. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take that shower home with me. The landscaping lights wouldn’t turn on, so it would be nice if that was fixed for our next stay because it would make an even better atmosphere for nighttime dips in the spa. I also think the only thing missing from inside would be a full length mirror. There’s a perfect spot for one to the right of the tv next to entrance to hallway. Customer service was fantastic and we are already planning our trip to this same property next summer!

Great stay for a family with a toddler! Pros:- Beach access directly across the road- Beach chairs, wagon and some misc beach toys included- Pool has a nice shallow area for young kids to be able to stand and play- 3/4 mile walk into town- Unit is updated, but sparsely decorated. Easy to childproof! - Very clean - including a fresh sponge, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent pods, and freshly washed extra bedding - Customer service from SeaBreeze is excellent! They proactively reached out with all the info we’d need, checked in periodically and answered any questions we had immediately. Cons:- Fridge makes a loud knocking noise as it cools down on the first day- The hot tub needs to be turned one, and can take a few hours to come up to temp We would definitely come back, and consider any of SeaBreeze’s other properties!

Excellent location & great appliances. Excellent washer & dryer, fridge, dish washer and all appliances were great. But the house was very uncomfortable & not relaxing. Uncomfortable due to tiny rooms with tiny closets & no drawers for clothes ; couch was small & terrible, beds were thin and hard. Extremely noisy from the unit above. Constant footsteps that sounded like thunder. Constant noise from the unit above, they were not being noisy but the sound just comes through so much & echos through the downstairs house. Sharing a small pool & spa with upstairs unit had the four of us sharing the pool with 10 other people.
