Thank you for your stay and for your feedback. While we appreciate every guest's review, we were very disappointed by the condition in which the cabin was left. Our cleaning team documented an extraordinary amount of cleanup that went far beyond what is expected after a normal stay. There were multiple areas containing human feces, urine inside the home, clothing and personal belongings left scattered throughout the cabin, games and household items spread throughout the property, and an overall level of disarray that required significantly more time and effort to restore the cabin for our next guests. As a result, we incurred more than double our normal cleaning costs. We understand that vacations can be busy, and we don't expect guests to deep clean before checking out. However, we do expect the home to be left in a reasonably respectful condition. Unfortunately, that did not happen in this case. We take great pride in providing a clean, well-maintained cabin for every guest, and we ask that same level of respect be shown in return.
