Unidad A-412: Un plan de piso abierto y aireado y una ubicación a solo unos pasos de Kamaole Beach Park III se combinan para hacer de esta una propiedad de vacaciones Kihei popular. La espaciosa residencia mide más de 1100 pies cuadrados, con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños nuevos y un lanai privado (patio). Su condominio de lujo le ofrece la privacidad y la comodidad de su hogar. Somos los propietarios y damos el descuento de comisión directamente a nuestros huéspedes. Muchos huéspedes, de todo el mundo, han disfrutado de hospedarse en nuestro condominio año tras año.

El condominio tiene dos dormitorios principales, una gran sala y comedor, una nueva cocina totalmente equipada (con encimeras de granito), una lavadora y secadora en el interior y aire acondicionado en cada habitación. Los arreglos para dormir consisten en:

El salón tiene un sofá cama queen.

Este condominio es una unidad terminal orientada hacia el sur que brinda a nuestros huéspedes ventanas adicionales y luz solar adicional. Con el techo abovedado y el plano de planta abierto, esta residencia tiene mucha luz y una sensación de gran tamaño. Comfortable condo in great location

Have stayed at this property multiple times and would stay again. The location is close to desired spots in Kihei. Also across from a favorite beach park with lifeguard, play equipment and bathrooms. You can even see turtles there.

Great location and quiet condo

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, house was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels etc. a few things to be aware of- the parking spot is horrible! Very hard to get in and out of. And the pool has very strict rules- no inflatables, no music, and no games. Other than that, our stay was perfect and no complaints!

Amazing location

Across from Kam III beach. Close to dining and Wailea. Condo is clean and comfortable. Complex is quiet and well maintained. We plan to stay again.

Cute place to sleep

Easy access to multiple beaches, dining, shopping, etc. the place was clean and well kept. The condo has blankets, boogie boards, beach umbrella/chairs, a couple small beach coolers, and snorkeling equipment.. all of which we were grateful we didn’t have to purchase or rent

Wonderful Stay

Great experience: Walk to the beach in 2 minutes, very roomy, well equipped. airy and comfy. Top floor benefit: High Ceiling, very quiet, and wonderful views. Only complain: the photos on Vrbo don't show how good this unit actually it is! Already recommend this property to my friends and families. For us, we will rebook next time when we are visiting Maui. Amazing place to say in South Kihei!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to Maui! Communication was very easy and we were provided a PDF file of everything we needed to know. Checking in was a breeze, no in-person contact needed which was great as we arrived at 10pm. A lot of the reviews talk about the assigned parking space so we decided to park outside on the grass. It was great because it was shaded with lots of room but if you have a low car be careful of the tree roots as there were many times we scraped our front bumper on them. The condo itself was amazing! It had various appliances, utensils, shampoo & conditioner, and so many beach accessories!! There were various snorkelling equipment, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool floats, umbrella, mats, etc. If you stay here you do not have to worry at all about equipment! One thing we really loved about the condo was how sound proof is it. Once we shut the door to the main bedroom you could barely hear anyone talking in the second bedroom, even with the lanai doors open. This was a huge bonus! The location was perfect for us because we planned to go out to explore everyday so we were far out enough from the main shopping centre so we never had to deal with traffic. There is a beach across the condo that is pretty nice, but is not our favourite because it is really rocky at some points. Be careful on the rocks because unfortunately a wave hit me pretty hard and I lost a toe-nail on a rock! But this beach had so many turtles when we were swimming close to shore, it was amazing to see! Overall I couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will absolutely be coming back whenever we come to Maui again!

Wonderful host, great unit

Bill was a pleasure to deal and made sure that all of the necessities were in the unit. My family (me, my wife, and my 7 year old son) had a great time. Beds were comfortable. Building is conveniently located. Everything in the unit worked well. Lots of extras like full snorkel equipment, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach mats, towels, floaties, boogie boards, and more. Everything in the kitchen worked well. TV was a bit finnicky, but we weren't there to watch TV. Wifi worked well. Two sets of keys was greatly appreciated. Pool use at the complex is a bit...underwhelming. The signage might as well say "no fun." We aren't rowdy by any stretch, but a family with kids in the 7-10 range were there when we were there and just tossing a ball around - not making a big ruckus, but having a bit of fun, and the assistant manager came out to tell them not to. Sure, those are the rules, but one can't help but wonder why. Small issue and easily resolved by going to the beach 100 metres away. Lots of decent food nearby (Fred's was good for breakfast, Coconuts for tacos, etc) - most of it a short walk. Convenient location to go play golf at Wailea. Overall, no complaints and very happy with the unit and would be happy to return. Thanks for letting us stay!

Last week of 2022!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, so close to the beach, amenities and highway access. Loved that the condo had a full kitchen, wash and dryer, beach chairs, A/C, two bathrooms, and private balcony. Property owner was great with communication and accommodated us when I needed to extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Thank you for a perfect getaway for my family.

Haleakala Shores is the best location

We have been staying at Haleakala Shores for about 10 years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The property is well managed, chose to shopping/dining and directly across from an amazing beach. This unit is on the 4th floor of the A building and very close to the pool and BBQ. The 4th floor units have vaulted ceilings and feel extra spacious. Watched the Wailea New Years Eve fireworks from the balcony! Would stay again.

Family Condo

The Condo was great for our family of 6. Very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the parking. The parking stall was small and hard to get into.

Won't let you down

This stay was worth every penny! The condo was sufficiently stocked with entertainment items, as well as extra linens. The owner was very fast in responding to any inquiries that we had. For the price we paid for our stay at this condo we could not even have gotten a cheap hotel, and the fact that we were staying right across the beach made the experience that much better! I would recommend this owner and condo to anyone. The only issue that we had was the parking! We were in a smaller SUV, so it took a little getting used to to park under the overhang. I did get used to it very fast though, but if you are driving a larger vehicle I would recommend parking on the street, there are usually plenty of open spaces. Mahalo William for the amazing stay!

Hale'akala shores

We loved this property! it was so airy and spacious. we met our son and daughter in law and 2 grandchildren in Maui and spent 4 nights here. proximity to the beach was great (a very nice beach park). the location was convenient to road to Hana and Hale'akala, which we loved. shopping was convenient. We loved the unit. the parking space was a little tricky to get into - we had been warned by the owner. but overall - this is a great rental!

I reside in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California and visit my condominium in Maui every 6 months. I enjoy skiing, scuba diving, and the great snorkeling of South Maui.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I wanted to own a place near my Maui ohana, and where I could walk to a great beach in flip-flops. I didn't want to have to drive anywhere. I also wanted to be in South Kihei where the beaches are large and the water is clear and beautiful. There is good snorkeling right at our beach, Kamaole Beach Park 3, and only a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park 2. In addition, one can walk to restaurants, shopping, and even a convenience store. The area is teaming with life and locals enjoy our park on weekends.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I loved this condominium because it has a two story ceiling and it is an end unit, so it is extra sunny with nice cross breezes. It is also very large for a Maui condominium; you'll love that. It is one of the best locations; it is in the back corner facing away from both streets which makes it very quiet!
