This cozy studio is newly finished on the ground floor of a bigger cabin unit upstairs. Very private and away from the main unit and hang-out areas, this unit is ideal for a couple or a few friends to have place to crash while enjoying the outdoors nearby.

Better than a hotel room, more affordable and covid-friendly!

This has everything you need and plenty of space to stretch, plus outdoor seating and great access to Fairplay, Breckenridge, and all of the mountain glory nearby.

PARKING:

This unit has the detached garage available upon request. Otherwise park your car far enough to the side so others can drive in and out from the main unit.
Other things to note
There's a DVD player and a few DVDs! Feel free to bring some of yours, as the internet is usually too slow to provide reliable movie streaming :-)

Perfect for a place to sleep, cook, and shower on a hunting trip. Host communicated well. No issues to report. Cleaning fee seems high for such a small place.

Good stay

Beautiful location, all the necessities, and easy check in.If there are guests staying in the second floor you hear everything in the bottom apartment.

Kitchen was ok, plenty of space for pets. It definitely needed some maintenance. Garbage was laying next to garage. Old cooler laying in the weeds. Gront door dead bolt did not close.toilet seat was foam plastic with a tear in it. Unsanitary. Heating element above bed(ceiling) paint chipping badly. Mattress are old, not comfortable. I left a day early.

Clean and roomy

The studio was clean, well-stocked, & roomy for our needs. We were in town for business. The studio was our place to shower, sleep, & make coffee before leaving early. The kitchen was decently stocked, but lacking a kettle. I ended up boiling water in the microwave to make coffee using the French press. The front patio was nice to have. Communication with the host was easy & sufficient. Check in & out was easy. Parking was easy. The studio space would easily accommodate a family of 4. The unit was as expected & listed. The beds were sufficient for our exhausted bodies, but not the most comfortable. The beds each had 4 pillows (2 in decorative shams), a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, & a lightweight quilted bedspread. We could not locate any additional blankets. The fitted sheet was a wrestling match & would not stay on the mattress despite our best efforts. There is significant noise transfer from the upstairs unit. If the other renters have dogs, you will hear every bark day or night. We were woken up multiple times both nights by the dogs upstairs barking. White noise through our blue tooth speaker helped dim the people’s noise, but the barking wasn't. earplugs the second night helped some. Come prepared for the upstairs noise as it is prevalent & will come through.

We had no idea how to run the heat system. Instructions for that and the television system needs to be better. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. We picked up the top bed pillows to find what appeared to be dog hair on both pillow cases of the under pillows. Made us Leary if bedding was clean. We could not get the television to work. Place was nice, but instructions need more detail.
